After the simple dinner was finished cooking she turned around and saw him completely deep in thought. She knew that he had a lot of things to come to grips with that she didn't have to. In a way she was free from any of the extra feelings of her parents and anything that they had planned to do along with his parents. As Gabriel watched his parents leave the castle and head to the dungeons which were being guarded by people that he actually trusted he knew that everything had completely just changed. The Desiree didn't like the idea of being kept in the dark on anything she also understood that the surprise that had to happen had to be real. This wasn't something that either one of them could fake. There was too much at stake as far as she was concerned and also where he was concerned. They both had a common goal and they were both going to work towards it. To Desiree this was still completely brand new and she almost still didn't believe the fact that she was who she was. Day by day Desiree would work as stream Lee hard as she was trying to figure out exactly how things were going to work for the island and the different alphas.
