She and I headed to the kitchen because she could apparently make the best mimosas. She moved her way through the kitchen like a pro. She made mimosas that were very strong but hit like a bitch.

“Oh, I would love to swim right now,” she said. “Unfortunately, I don’t have a swimsuit with me.”

“You can borrow mine. I think we are the same size.”

She and I went to my bedroom and rummaged through my closet to find something for her to wear. She was way more fun than I thought she would be. She told me all about her childhood, and I told her about mine.

I didn’t lie to her—just omitted that they happened in Italy and not in Chicago. I, however, didn’t tell her anything that would make me look suspicious if she repeated the same words to Nikita.

Once we found the perfect baby pink one piece for her, we both changed into the costumes. I was in a black one-piece.

We went to the heated infinity pool in the mansion and conversed as we laughed and sipped some more mimosas.
