Amara knows that their days at Rosa's diner are over, and she does not care as she only used the place to get some experience in waitressing. Amara decides that she will quit before Rosa can chase her away. She knows she still needs the money but will find another job at a better restaurant. She wants to go and work at the restaurant with all the rich and famous people of New York goes to eat. She asked to find a way to get Riccardo to notice her. She goes to the back and takes off her uniform. Rosa looks up and sees Amara walking out of the dressing area in her regular clothes, and she knows that Amara wants to quit.
