“Ace…” Lianna cried, her voice hoarse. She must’ve been crying for quite some time now. Her throat sounded parched and pained. “Ace, help me…” my eyelids were too heavy and so is the rest of my body.
I need to look for her. I tried groping on my side, but my hands can’t even move an inch.
Heavy weights weighing my muscles down, preventing me from moving the slightest. Wiggling my fingers was painful, but my will to look for Lianna is stronger than this.
