Raven’s POV
‘ahhh’ I groaned, opening my eyes. I was inside a hospital or was it a detention center. There was a man who was sleeping by my side. With blonde ruffled hair and tattered face, he looked tired. My fingers immediately moved towards his hair, trying to get some off from covering his beautiful face.
What is this attraction I feel? I could feel sparks. Was he my mate? My second chance? But to give me someone so handsome, I must have hit my head.
The cut under my lip was still paining as I took the blow from Lucas. I wish he was dead, that bastard. I wonder if that girl is alive. She was so strong and powerful, I could see my past self in her eyes. The way I used to be. But over the years, as I met Lucas, it was a hopeless downfall, one I saw no light in.
I pity my brother for having a worthless sister like me. A good for nothing.
