LOGINAuren
"Auren! Auren! You fucking bastard, wake up!" Someone hisses at me. I clutch my throbbing head, and flip on my side ignoring the snake that keeps hissing my name, but the hissing gets louder. "What the—" I groan, fluttering my eyes open. "Are you mad? Wake up! We have to leave here. What if those rogues come looking for us again? They'd kill us instantly if they found us!" I open my eyes properly, my eyes landing on basket mouth. "What do you want so early in the morning? Go back to sleep," I groan, attempting to sleep again, but she grabs my hand, and pulls me to a sitting position. "Let's leave this place before Rhaegar's men come looking for us." Little by little, my senses come back to me, "Oh, right," I mumble. She scrambles to a standing position, "Why are you so slow today? Come on!" I just stare at her, still in a daze. I can't move. My head is pounding so bad, and my body is on fire. She stops in her place, her eyes softening. She goes back on her knees, placing her hand on my forehead. "Oh gosh, your fever has gotten worse," she gasps. I try to breathe in but my nostrils have been corked, and I have to breathe with my mouth now. Hell, this is why I always took painkillers at the slightest pain. I can't go through all this. "Fuck it," I place my hands on the ground, helping myself to a standing position. "What should we do now that you aren't feeling so well? I don't have my phone on me; we could have asked for help." I stare at her again, my head now feeling like a time bomb has been placed in there, waiting to explode. "Come closer," I whisper. She scoots closer, and I wrap my hands around her waist. With barely any strength left, I force myself to wrench the words out of my mouth. "T- take us out of here." "How am I supposed to do that?" Her tiny hands snake around my waist. "Magic..." I cough weakly. She stares at me with dilated pupils, her ears going beet red. "What the— so you're saying we could have used magic to esc—" I place a hand over her mouth, "Just get the fuck out of this place. Please. My head's going to explode at any moment," I grit my teeth as a wave of pain washes over me. She grumbles something under her breath, and poof! We're out of there. *** In the underworld, there are three things you have to do to survive. Don't die. Make sure to obliterate the rival first. Don't let your crimes get to you. Don't die. Don't die. Or rather, die when you can, if you're coward enough to run away from the dark world you plunged yourself in. That was six. No, four? Whatever, just don't die. But the thing is, I'm dying! I'm at the verge of death, and this razor mouth is not helping matters. Asha keeps yapping about me being a wicked bastard, all because I didn't tell her on time my wolf possesses magic. "Are you done insulting my third generation too? Now, please let me sleep," I hurl the duvet over me, closing my eyes to rest. "I will give you a proper response when you're well. For now, let's take care of your dumb ass." Dumbass? Me? She roughly shoves the duvet away from me, "Sit up. You've got some drugs to take," she knits her brows together, placing a wet towel on my forehead. "You've got mommy vibes," I reach out to hold her, but she smacks my hand. "Ow!" I rub the sore hand. "I don't know why your fever is deciding to talk through you, but shut up," she takes some pills and gives it to me. "Take them," she hands a glass of water to me, but I refuse to take it from her. "I think I'm going to die," I collapse into my bed, "Help!" "It's just a cold. Nothing's going to happen to you," she pulls me back to a sitting position. "You're handling me too roughly," I whine, pulling away from her, and recoiling at the edge of my bed. "Why do I have to go through this?" She huffs, rounding the bed to come sit besides me. "A Lycan lord who can't stand a small fever," a mocking smile plays on her lips. I give her a glare to shut her up, but she continues laughing instead. "Don't give me that look. Take your pills or die since you want to," she places the glass of water on the bedside table. "Why are you so evil?" I ask breathlessly. "I'm just helping you. I'm literally offering you pills, am I not?" She presses her lips in a thin line obviously frustrated at me. I take the pills from her, gulping them down with water. I can't swallow pills without water, I'll puke my intestines out. "There we go," she exhales softly, placing the glass of water on the table. "Now go to sleep. The towel should drop your temperature a bit. You should feel better when you wake up," she takes a hold of my shoulders, trying to make me lie down. I grab her wrists, and pull her towards me. "Stay here until I can fall asleep," I drop my voice to a whisper. She rolls her eyes at me, grimacing. "Don't be a baby, and let me go," she tries to pull away, but I hold on to her. "Please?" I give her my puppy face no one can resist. She palms her face, shaking her head. Did she just resist it? Shock! "Fine, I'll stay here, but you have to fall asleep quickly," She lies flat on the bed, shutting her eyes. "What a big baby. I wonder how your past girlfriends stuck up with you," she mutters under her breath. I lie beside her, a small smile tugging at my lips. It's been a while since I met someone who could match up with my attitude. Ever since my sister died, it has been almost impossible being around women. Even if I tried to be as nice as possible, it just couldn't last because they were all dumbos. Literally. They ran away after a week, they always did. Then there's this basket mouth, Asha, who is the only lady that doesn't mind me dying, resurrecting, and dying again. I can't help patting her head in satisfaction. "Aren't you supposed to be sleeping?" She barks, and I flinch, immediately retracting my hand, and shutting my eyes quickly. "Good, don't let me catch you awake in the next four hours," she warns. Ugh, yes, Mommy.Asha "Asha?" Auren calls. I don't respond. I just sit there frozen in place. It's dark. Like really dark. Jet black dark. I can't see a thing. It wasn't this dark when I was thrown into that room with Auren, or even when we got stuck in the middle of nowhere. At least, I could see some stuff. But this is not the case. I hate this kind of dark. I hate the memories associated with it. I never want to be in a dark room. The goddess knows the trauma that followed each time I was in a dark room. I hear the stove being turned off. "Let me go check the wires; something must have gone wrong with them," he says, and I hear his footsteps shuffling for the door. "Auren wait! Don't leave me here!" I cry out in panic. I hear his footsteps pause, "Is something wrong?" "I- I'm scared of the dark," I admit, my bones trembling as though a block of ice were shoved through my throat. "You're a werewolf. Why would you be scared of the dark?" An amused chuckle leaves hi
Asha "I can't have you feeling sick" Auren groans, "Whatever is wrong with you? Can't you at least describe your symptoms?" He places me gently on the seat. "I- I'm actually fine," My hand instinctively grabs his collar. He pauses, his brow cocking, "Hm?" "I'm not sick," My cheeks warm up, and I immediately look away. "Then what's the matter with you? Why were you acting as though you were on the brink of death?" "I don't think your brother is trustworthy," I sigh, "I did that so we could get away from him." He pulls away from me with a grimace, "How would you know that?" I'm not supposed to tell you— or am I? "Don't play with me. I'm not in the mood for your games right now." I bite my lower lip to stop me from saying utterly vile words. "Get in the car," I gently pull him in, "We should leave. Our welcome has been overstayed." He heaves, slumping into the seat, "You're right. It's already late, you must be exhausted." Tch. The driver kick
Asha Auren comes back to the car looking distressed. His brows are pinched together, his eyes slightly narrowed. 'Zarven couldn't do this to me. It can't be.' I arch an eyebrow. Who's Zarven? What couldn't he do now? I gasp, placing my fingers over my mouth. Oh my goodness, is somebody dead? Did this Zarven kill someone? He opens the car door and enters inside, "Drive," he tells the driver, "Now. To Zarven's place." The driver nods, and kick starts the engine. "What's the matter? You look unhappy all of a sudden," I ask. He shakes his head, "It's not something you should worry about, princess," he grumbles, looking out the window. Bad thing, I can read your mind, duh; worse thing, I don't know what's going on. ... We arrive at a stony mansion. I mean, this baby is literally made of stones, those ancient vibes and all. Or maybe this is a castle? I alight from the car, my eyes going wide at the ancient yet majestic sight before me. Auren alights from
Auren I walk outside to the car where Asha is. She's resting her head against the headrest, her beautiful hair falling over her face. Mm. Some peace and quiet I guess. I gently open the car door so I won't wake her up, but the minute I get into the car, she jerks up, whipping her head in my direction. "Oh, it's you," she grumbles, rubbing her eyes sleepily. "It's okay. You can go back to sleep," I sigh, closing my eyes and resting against the headrest. "I don't want to anymore," I feel my side of the seat dip in. I open my eyes, and look her way, "What's the matter?" "Wh- what were you doing in there? Did you actually kill someone?" Her wide eyes shine at me. I swallow the lump caught in my throat, and look away. Haa, those fucking eyes. "Yes," I reply glumly. She goes silent. Only the sound of her breathing can be heard. "How do you sleep at night knowing that you've murdered someone?" She huffs. "Like a god-damned baby," I shoot her a glare to sh
AurenFinally.Time for payback. I stand outside the building where Rheagar's men are supposedly hiding out. I turn to Raze, and give him a nod, "Go scope the place out with the others, and come give me report. I can't go in with cupcake over here," I tilt my head to Asha who's still sitting in the car. "Yes boss," he nods, heading towards the building with three of my other goons. "Do you think it's necessary to fight them back?" Asha's voice rings in my ears. I look over my shoulder, "What are you trying to imply?" "I'm just saying, I don't think it's necessary for you to pay him back. You could just let it go," she shrugs. A hint of a smile appears on my lips, "such an innocent little princess," I run my thumb over her lower lip, "I believe I have told you before, I'm a member of the underworld. This is my life, pumpkin." I grin just to infuriate her. Her face goes bright red, and she smacks my thumb off her lip, "So what will happen if you get killed? I h
Asha Auren's mind rushes with such perverted thoughts, despite myself, I feel the blood rushing down in my clit like crazy. I try to push those thoughts away, but his thoughts make it worse for me to concentrate. "You're not supposed to invade my personal space, young man! Rules are rules!" I squeal, blocking myself with my hands from his advances, but my heart races more with excitement than with fear. What would he really do to me? Does he really want to feel my skin against his? Will he go further than that? I shake my head in horror when I realize the bad influence his thoughts are having on me. He pulls away. I swallow hard, trying to cool my burning temperature, and tell my woman down there nothing's happening. Nothing's supposed to happen. "I—" A sudden wave of electric washes through my body. The hairs on the back of my neck, stand erect, my pupils blowing wide. You're mine, Asha. I won't stop until I claim you. Excuse me? You're mi
