I must admit, despite having worked in the packhouse for so long, I still didn’t know much about the Alpha's family. As an Omega, I wasn't allowed to interact with them, let alone speak with them.

All those years, I kept to myself, not wanting to get into trouble. But who would have guessed I’d end up having a one-night stand with the Alpha himself?

Especially with teh rumours! I sighed, not wanting to think about that.

And again, if Alexander knew who I was that night, he wouldn't have hesitated to strangle me alive. No Alpha wanted the shame of being associated with an Omega, especially one who was rumored to be the daughter of a prostitute. I bit my lower lip, trying to suppress my anger.

It was hard to forget that.
