Chapter 34

"Ezra." My jaw dropped as I looked into his eyes. I blinked numerous times. I wasn't dreaming!

The machine of the helicopter stopped, lessening the noise around.

"You're leaving me again, Snow?"

I just froze together my heart. It was impossible. I left him in his cabin, sleeping.

"I won't let that happen." He went out of the helicopter and reach for my hand while he was standing outside, asking me to go down.

"How..." I blinked. "You were sleeping when I left."

"You make me the happiest, Ezra." He mocked. "You will be forever in my heart."

My jaw dropped, still couldn't find my posture.

"You're awake the whole time?"

"Don't leave, Snow." He didn't answer me. "Let's go back to the island."

I looked at his hand, offering to help me hop out of the helicopter.

"I didn't remind you that I'm leaving today." I was still confused.

Quinn poked his elbow on my waist, making me remember that she was just beside me, watching everything.
