The sudden jolt of the car coming to a halt shattered Isabella’s deep thoughts. She sat up, a soft yawn escaping her throat as she rubbed her eyes. Her eyes snapped wide open as she saw a car blocking theirs– one that looked similar to Mason's family vehicle.

“What happened?” Isabella asked her chauffeur.

“It seems Miss. Jade wants to see you, ma’am. She's the one blocking us,” the chauffeur replied politely.

At the mention of Jade's name, Isabella’s mind raced with thoughts of her plans, sending shivers down her spine. She cleared her throat and straightened her dress, prepared for the encounter. Jade's car horn pierced the air, as if summoning Isabella to step down. Isabella ignored, sitting still, her eyes fixed on Jade’s car.

After what felt like an eternity, Jade finally stepped down, her eyes blazing with anger as she strode towards Isabella’s car. Sighting her, Isabella also stepped down, her movement calm despite the turmoil building up in her.
