This last week has been both gratifying and stressful. I was successful in taking over the pack. We surprised Alpha Hendrix at night with a surprise attack, and I was able to kill him. I was hoping to get my hands on his mate and kids, but someone was able to get them safely across the border to Alpha Jason’s land. Many pack members were seeking refuge there right now. I almost tore this fucking pack apart when I learned that Alaynia had somehow been caught. I was immediately on the phone with Jason to get her back.

“They didn’t hurt you did they?” I asked her.

“No, but I was in a cell.” She admits.

That pissed me off, but then again, I would have done the same thing to anyone I caught as well. I knew they still had a few of my guys in their cells. It took three days to get her back. The only way I could be to sign a treaty saying that neither of our packs would attack the other. They also had three other packs sign it. I didn’t want to, but I needed Alaynia back,
