DAPHNEY'S POV

I was about going to bed when my phone rang. I took it from my reading table when I noticed five missed calls. I heard it ringing while I was having my night bath but I resolved to calling the caller the next morning, I had a long and stressful day at work. I took the phone and saw Anita's number.

"Why is she calling this night? I thought worriedly and was about dialing her number back when her call came through.

"Heyyyy....!!". She yelled from the phone and I had to put the phone miles away from my ears .

"Are you crazy? Do you wanna block my ear drums? What's up with you? I said sitting on my bed.

"Girl, I've been trying your number for a while did you intentionally ignored my calls knowing the reason why I called? She flinched .
