Chapter Seventeen

Daphney's POV

We got to the hospital and alighted from my car as we walked in briskly, I tried not to panick,my younger sister is a fighter after all. She fought her way through kidney problem and here she is having her first child. I was so excited as I approached the private ward. I wondered why they couldn't use the normal ward other patients use since it's a private hospital. I sucked my teeth when Anita started gisting me, you know how Anita is right?

I opened the door of the ward and the smell of baby powder filled my nostrils. A nurse stood at the bedside attending to them.

"OMG... Diana,look at you". I ran towards her and hugged her tight.

"Heyy... Birdbrain, remember I gave birth some hours ago so don't stress me too much". She laughed. She looked more prettier and I went to the baby's crib as soon as I heard her grunt.

"Awwwwn.... she's so cute,she looks just like me". I peeped well.

"Diana... darling congratulations, I knew she'd be so pretty...OMG! I kept staring at he
