Chapter 3: The Alpha King's Advisor

The next morning, I made my way to the Alpha king's palace. As I walked through the ornate corridors, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe. The palace was even more magnificent than I had imagined, with grand chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and gold leaf adorning the walls.

Finally, I arrived at the throne room, where the Alpha king was waiting for me. He stood up from his throne as I approached, his expression unreadable.

"Good morning, Yennifer," he said, his voice deep and commanding. "I trust you slept well?"

I nodded, my heart pounding. "Yes, thank you," I replied, trying to sound confident.

"Good," the Alpha king said, gesturing for me to sit down in front of him. "There is much we need to discuss."

I took a seat, trying to steady my nerves. I couldn't help but wonder if he had discovered my connection to the Moon Goddess and my destiny.

"As you know, there are many forces at play in our world," the Alpha king began, his eyes fixed on mine. "And I need someone I can trust to help me navigate them."

"I'm not sure I understand," I said, feeling a knot form in my stomach.

"I need a new advisor," the Alpha king said, his voice firm. "Someone who can help me make the right decisions for our kingdom. And I believe that person is you."

I stared at him in shock, unable to believe what I was hearing. Me? An advisor to the Alpha king?

"But why me?" I asked, my voice trembling.

The Alpha king leaned forward, his eyes intense. "Because I see something in you, Yennifer," he said. "Something special. You have a strength and a wisdom that belies your age. I believe that you are destined for great things."

I felt a warmth spread through me at his words. Could it be that the Alpha king had somehow sensed my connection to the Moon Goddess and my destiny?

"But I don't know anything about advising," I said, feeling overwhelmed. "I'm just a normal girl."

The Alpha king smiled. "You are anything but normal, Yennifer," he said. "And I will be there to guide you. Together, we can do great things for our kingdom."

I hesitated, unsure if I was ready for such a responsibility. But as I looked into the Alpha king's eyes, I knew that he was right. This was my chance to make a difference, to fulfill my destiny and help bring peace to our world.

"I'll do it," I said, my voice steady. "I'll be your advisor."

The Alpha king nodded, his expression unreadable. "Good," he said. "We have much work to do."

And with those words, our meeting was over. As I made my way back to my room, my head was buzzing with thoughts and ideas. I knew that this was just the beginning, and that my journey was far from over.

But with the Alpha king by my side, I felt a sense of confidence and purpose that I had never felt before. Together, we could do anything.

As I walked through the palace halls, I couldn't help but think about how kind and understanding the Alpha king had been. I had expected him to be cold and distant, but he had surprised me with his warmth and encouragement.

I remembered how he had praised my strength and wisdom, and how he had seen something special in me. No one had ever spoken to me like that before, and it made me feel valued and important.

But as much as I was grateful for his words, I couldn't help but wonder how much he really knew about me. Did he know about my connection to the Moon Goddess and my destiny? Or was he simply impressed by my character and abilities?

I knew that I had to be careful around him, to make sure that he didn't discover my secret. But at the same time, I couldn't help but feel drawn to him, to his charisma and his power.

As I reached my room, I closed the door behind me and let out a deep sigh. I had a lot of work to do as the Alpha king's advisor, and I couldn't afford to let my emotions get in the way.

But as I sat down at my desk and began to plan out my day, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this opportunity. With the Alpha king's guidance and support, I knew that I could make a real difference in our kingdom.

And who knows? Maybe one day, I would be able to reveal my true identity and fulfill my destiny as the chosen one of the Moon Goddess. But for now, I would focus on being the best advisor I could be, and earning the trust and respect of the Alpha king and his subjects.

As the days passed, I found myself growing more and more comfortable in my new role as the Alpha king's advisor. I spent long hours studying the politics and history of our kingdom, and learning about the various factions and players that we had to deal with.

I also spent a lot of time with the Alpha king himself, attending meetings and events with him and offering my counsel whenever it was needed. He was a great teacher, patient and understanding as he showed me the ropes of advising.

But even as I grew more confident in my role, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more going on beneath the surface. There were times when the Alpha king seemed to be watching me, his eyes probing and intense.

And there were other times when I caught him looking at me in a way that made my heart race. I tried to tell myself that I was imagining things, that it was just my own attraction to him clouding my judgment.

But as the weeks passed, I began to wonder if there was something more between us. Was the Alpha king somehow drawn to me because of my connection to the Moon Goddess and my destiny?

I tried to push these thoughts aside and focus on my work, but they lingered in the back of my mind, like a persistent itch that I couldn't scratch.

And then, one day, everything changed.

I was in my chambers, going over some reports, when there was a knock at the door. I called out for the person to come in, and was surprised when the Alpha king himself walked into my room.

"Your Majesty," I said, rising from my desk. "What brings you here?"

The Alpha king didn't answer. Instead, he strode across the room to where I was standing, his eyes fixed on mine.

"Yennifer," he said, his voice low and intense. "I need to talk to you."

My heart was pounding as he stepped closer, his hand reaching out to touch my cheek. I felt a jolt of electricity shoot through me at his touch, and I knew that there was no denying the attraction between us.

And then, without another word, the Alpha king leaned in and kissed me.
