Chapter 63

Lana’s POV

The sound of the chirping bird on the tree close to the window of my room is annoying. I stood up and tried shooing them away. I am livid, and I am trying to control how angry I feel. Alpha Lucas can’t just bring Emma back to the pack after banishing her. I don’t even want to lay my eyes on her.

I stood up from my seat because I had had enough. I wanted to talk to Alpha Lucas for the last time before I made a decision that I wouldn’t back down from. I walked swiftly from my room and went to Alpha Lucas's chambers.

I gently knocked on the door, and I heard his faint come in before I pushed the door open and went inside his room. He slowly lifted his head to see me, and the smile on his face vanished immediately. He doesn’t look happy to see me at all.

"What has brought you here?" he asked, and I fisted my hand angrily beside me, trying to control the anger I felt deep inside.
