Chapter 10

KIRA

It was long … a very long flight indeed. Kira was unsure of what to do… The airhostess – thankfully there were some other women on the plane too, phew! – had informed Kira that the flight time was eighteen hours with a fueling layover of two hours in mid.

“But where are we heading?” Kira asked expectedly.

“I am sorry, I cannot tell you that. Boss said it will be a surprise for you,” the airhostess smiled simply and left. Was Kira imagining it or did she blush slightly as she spoke the word ‘boss’? Was the airhostess smitten by Dimitri?

Though Kira was weirded out by her situation, when Dimitri had assured her safety and she had stepped in the plane, she had been awed. But she had been very careful to now show it.
