The room became so quiet, nothing could be heard except the breathing of Gen as she tried so hard to control herself. She stood still, close to the door as she tried not to make any further move to him just to avoid any more harsh words.
He had his eyes fixed on her like he was reading her soul, slowly, Eric walked towards her.
Gen's heart began to beat so fast, each step he took felt so real like a knife was pierced into her and all she could do was stand with her head bowed down, her eyes trying all they could not to catch his gaze.
