Cassandra sat at the edge of her Sofa, her eyes fixed on the TV set close to her but her mind was filled with the thoughts of Dennis.
The young man's confidence is dating enough for her, deep inside her, she hopes that he comes out with a solution because right now, she needs someone's help but she doesn't know how to bring herself so low to admit that.
With her gaze glued on the TV, she took a sip from the glass cup, her left foot tap slowly on the ground beneath her.
Suddenly, her phone rang bringing her back to reality, she glanced at her side, picked up the phone and was surprised to know that it is no one else but Dennis calling.
She felt her heart leap a beat and she wondered why, right now, all she wants to hear
