The Memorial Party

It was D-day. All hands had been on deck to ensure that the memorial party thrived. Jericho was a little limpid about it all along but he was sure to get all that I needed for the party.

Although I was a bit choosey, rather than the black dress he had bought for me, I showed up to the party in a blue dress. The blue silky fabric clung to my body just the way I loved it, revealing my curves. Although it was sensual, it stopped below my knee giving it a decent look. It was a memorial after all.

My silver silhouette made its way out of the limo first, then my whole body. Jericho wasn't with me. He had left earlier and I didn't complain. He ought to be there earlier after all.

Four guards escorted me as I ambled through the gathering. Men of high caliber, dressed in suits, emitting both wealth and power kept their eyes on me, but I kept my mind on Jericho. I kept wondering how he must feel since it was his mother's memorial.
