We drove back home in silence. The only time we talked was when we bickered about driving. I insisted on driving because his wound was still fresh. I was after my own life here. I do not want to risk an accident but he insisted on driving and won anyway. He actually surprised me so far as he drove normally like his both arms were good.

I know I’d been shot many times too but it took at least two weeks before I could do any work. Guess I should be grateful anyways, at least I won’t play mother hen anymore.

The silence continued and I was almost dozing off when I felt a rush down there. I was wet. No, I wasn’t aroused. I’m sure of that but I hoped this wasn’t what I was thinking.

Another rush came and at the third rush, it clicked. It was what I thought. "Fuck!" I had been so engrossed with taking care if Jericho and I forgot to take note of my date.
