Are you feeling Alright?

"What?" Elena asked her expression one of confusion and bewilderment.

"Are you feeling alright?" he asked again, concern etched on his handsome face. "You look pale."

"I'm fine," Elena responded, clearing her throat before continuing in a more animated tone, "But you, sir, should watch where you're going!"

As she spoke, Elena scrutinized his face, searching for something familiar. "Where have I seen this face before?" she pondered, her eyes darting back and forth.

The striking man before her was none other than Liam Hamilton, the multi-billionaire CEO of Hamilton Tech, a top-ranking company in the Software world situated in the heart of Alaska City. He was renowned for his sophistication, assertiveness, enigmatic demeanor, and arrogance. Liam was also an elite playboy, known for dating only the most stunning women and never being seen with the same girl twice.

"Excuse me!" Liam exclaimed, taken aback by her audacity. "If I may say so, it seems that we collided because you weren't paying attention to where you were going," he retorted with a frosty glare. "I had to slam on my brakes, or it could have ended much worse. Regardless, I'm relieved to see that you're alright."

Taking in her surroundings, Elena realized they were standing in the middle of a driveway. While she could see his point, she wasn't about to let this man talk down to her. She'd already had enough for one day.

"Well, even if I didn't look properly, as you allege," she half-admitted, "this is a car park, not an expressway," she retorted, returning his icy gaze with one of her own.

Liam stared at the woman before him in utter bewilderment. How could she speak to him in such a manner? It was clear she had no idea who he was or the power he held. Nonetheless, it was refreshing to encounter someone unafraid to speak their mind. He knew he had to reason with her.

"Lady, you have to-" Liam began but was abruptly cut off by the woman.

"Miss Elena," she interjected sharply, irritated by his condescending tone. Elena couldn't explain why she was taking her frustration out on this stranger, but it felt good to let off some steam. She met his gaze head-on, captivated by his enchanting eyes, unsure of what to expect next.

"Miss Elena," Liam said, attempting to mask the anger brewing beneath the surface. "In the interest of avoiding any future incidents, do try to watch where you're going. We wouldn't want you to get hurt, now would we?"

"I'm sorry," Elena breathed, letting out a sigh. He had been right all along, and she felt guilty for her unnecessary outburst.

Elena's eyes shimmered with tears, her emotions threatening to spill over. "You don't deserve my rudeness. This isn't who I am. I've just had a rough morning," she explained, trying to stifle her tears. "Thank you for not running me over," she added, managing a small smile.

"It's alright, I understand," Liam spoke in a gentle tone, seeking to reassure Elena.

As he looked at her, Liam couldn't help but notice what a rare gem she was. How had they never crossed paths before, he wondered. Her oval-shaped face was strikingly beautiful, and her slim-fitted white suit accentuated her alluring curves. Liam found himself captivated by her enchanting Ocean-blue eyes and her long, Straight, silky brown hair.

"I'll be on my way," Elena spoke softly as she turned to leave. However, she was stopped by Liam, who gently but firmly grasped her arm.

"Wait," Liam spoke softly, his eyes conveying a deep and genuine concern. "Are you sure you'll be alright?" he asked, still holding onto Elena's arm.

Elena gazed into Liam's concerned and captivating eyes, a single tear escaping from her shimmering gaze.
