Tickled Sensation

The brief physical contact between Liam and Elena was electric, sending a surge of mixed emotions throughout her body. His gentle touch on her arm stirred feelings of relaxation and ease, as though she were drawn to him by a magnetic force. Elena shook her head, attempting to push down this newfound desire, and forced a faint smile.

"Thank you for your concern, but I'll be alright," Elena assured Liam before she made her way to her car and drove off.

As he watched her leave, Liam couldn't help but be intrigued by Elena's beauty, emotional depth, and boldness. Despite their brief interaction, she hadn't attempted to flirt with him or seek physical intimacy.

Women tended to melt in Liam's presence, often willing to do anything just for a moment by his side. He didn't have to work hard to get any woman he desired. Lost in thought, he walked back to his car, started the engine, and pulled into a nearby parking spot.

Liam picked up his phone, dialed Benjamin's number, and waited for him to pick it up. "Hey, Ben. Can you meet me at Mega Lounge? There's something I need you to follow up on," he said.

"Sure thing, I'm in the neighborhood. I'll be there in five minutes," responded Ben.

No sooner had Liam ended the call with Ben than his phone began to ring again. As he glanced at the caller ID, his expression shifted from neutral to one of irritation. It was his older sister Charlotte, who had a tendency to act as a mother bear towards him and frequently questioned his lifestyle and choice of partners. He found her display of affection to be overbearing at times and preferred spending time with his younger sister Emma instead.

Charlotte delivered the message bluntly before abruptly ending the call: "Dad and Mom expect you at 3:00 PM today, no excuses."

After entering her house and shutting the door, Elena leaned against it for a moment lost in thought. She took a moment to appreciate her tastefully decorated living room before making her way to the bedroom. Upon checking her phone, she found over twenty missed calls and messages from her boss, sister, and colleagues. She scrolled through a few of the messages.

Elena read the message from her boss, Mr. Taylor: "Miss Elena, where the hell are you? You're supposed to be at work right now. Why aren't you answering your calls? You need to come to the office immediately. This establishment won't tolerate such defiant behavior." She couldn't help but think Mr. Taylor was being rude and demanding, as usual.

"What a cold-blooded prick," Elena muttered to herself upon reading the message from her boss, Mr. Taylor. She had never been fond of him and found it difficult to understand his demeanor. No matter how much one exceeded the company's expectations, he always wore the same stoic expression.

Scarlett had sent Elena a message: "Elena, where are you? Are you at home? Are you okay? Please talk to me. I need to know that you're safe."

Elena's sister, Amelia, had sent her a message saying: "Hi sweetie, congratulations! I'm so proud of you, and Dad would be too if he were here Alive with us. When was the last time you spoke to Mom? Call me once you've settled into your new office. Sending hugs and kisses."

Elena's smile faded into sad, teary eyes, and she allowed the tears to flow freely for a while. She thought about her late father, who had been her best friend and mentor. He was the only one who had supported her decision to give up Medicine for Information Technology.

He used to call her "Princess" affectionately.

Elena whispered, "Oh, Daddy, I wish you were here right now. Where did I go wrong? Why is this happening to me?" She cried deeply and collapsed onto her cozy bed for a while.

After a few minutes of weeping, she got up and undressed. She walked into the bathroom and turned on the cold shower. She shivered as the water cascaded down her hair. Elena tilted her face up slightly, allowing the water to trickle down the contours of her body. A soft moan escaped her lips, and she shuddered with desire as the water tickled her sensitive areas. She thought about the handsome stranger she had met in the parking lot, and an erotic thought crossed her mind. which made her shudder with desire.

Elena dried herself off after coming out of the bathroom and changed into her favorite Singlet and shorts. She climbed onto her bed, picked up her phone, and sent a brief text to Scarlett, letting her know she was home and doing well. After that, she turned off her phone, closed her eyes, and drifted off to sleep almost immediately, exhausted from the day's events.

Elena was roused from her sleep by a persistent buzzing noise at the door. She opened her bleary eyes for a moment, then closed them again. When the buzzing continued, she opened her eyes a second time, fully awake. She got out of bed and walked lazily to the door. After confirming who was there, she unlocked the door and let Scarlett in.

"Elena, oh my gosh," Scarlett said, scrutinizing her friend. "You've been so hard to reach all day."

"Have you been waiting out there for long?" Elena asked sleepily.

"No, I haven't. I've been stuck in the office all day," Scarlett said, rolling her eyes at Elena. "You had me so worried that I couldn't even focus on work. And now you act like nothing's wrong. Sometimes I just don't understand you. You're like a hidden letter in a book."

"I'm sorry, Scarlett. I didn't mean to worry you or make you upset," Elena apologized, trying to put a smile on her best friend's face. Scarlett often acted like a mother, father, sister, or brother to make Elena happy. "From now on, I promise to let you know where I am, mama bear," Elena joked.

Ever since Elena had joined Nixon Tech, Scarlett had been endeared to her. Elena was like the twin sister she never had, with her incredible determination to succeed and achieve her goals. She wasn't one of those people who relied solely on their looks to get what they wanted. Elena was the total opposite; she spent most of her time at her desk, creating and inventing new software ideas. As a result, her social life was practically nonexistent.

Scarlett had tried to convince Elena about the importance of being serious and committed in relationships, but Elena always responded the same way: "If you don't work hard on your dreams, no one else will help you achieve them."

Scarlett's face lit up as she spoke, "By the way, Nathan called me earlier. He's been trying to get in touch with you. I didn't tell him about what happened in the office today. He wants to hang out with you."

Elena remained quiet, prompting Scarlett to continue, "Come on, Elena, say something. You know Nathan is crazy about you. Why not give him a chance? I promise you won't regret it. Plus, I want you to get out of the house and have some fun." Scarlett was trying her best to persuade Elena.

"I don't feel like hanging out right now, and Nathan is not my type," Elena finally confessed. "Sure, he's cute, but I don't feel attracted to him. He never stops talking about himself, his achievements, and how much money he has to take care of me. Maybe that works for other girls, but not for me."

Elena paused for a moment, lost in thought before continuing, "I want so much more in a relationship. Things like respect, honesty, loyalty, personal space, someone who will listen to me with empathy, and affection."

Elena found herself blushing as she remembered the brief physical interaction she had with the handsome stranger earlier.
