One down for your sake!

Next morning....

 Freya 's POV

I woke up feeling pains all over my back, my head was pounding and I felt dizzy. I slightly opened my eyes and I found herself in a strange room.

I wondered who's room I was in, it's took me some minutes before I could recalled what happened the other night

I tried getting up from the bed because I wanted to take a shower but the pains felt unbearable.

Tears came rushing down my eyes but I quickly wiped it off then I told myself that I needed to be strong to face whatever life throws at me.

I breathed heavily in order to gather enough energy to stand up, just then, the door opened and a young lady about my age walked in.

"You're awake", the young lady asked, walking inside the room with a tray of food.

I didn't even bother to reply, I just kept staring at her.

"Do you need assistance to the bathroom?" she asked.

I gazed at her longingly before asking "who are you?".

"My name's Gina", she replied calmly.

"I wasn't asking about your damn name, why are you here? and what the hell are you doing in my room?", I yelled angrily at her and she flinched in fear.

With how scared she was, I knew instantly that she wasn't a villain.

"Am so sorry, I didn't mean to scare you but what are you doing here?", I asked tiredly.

"I was sent here by the boss to assist you in whatever you need ma'am", she replied innocently.

Why's she always calm? I mentally asked myself.

"Ma'am?, please don't address me as ma'am, we may be the same age or you might even be older than me, just call me Freya ", I said with a fake smile on my face.

Happiness was very far from my side.

"I dare not ma'am, you're the Boss's guest I can't disrespect you", she immediately declined.

I only nodded because I felt so tired to prolong the conversation.

"Well go tell your boss that I don't need his help in any way, I just wanna go home", I pleaded.

"Please ma'am, just let me prepare a bath for you", she said immediately on her knees.

"And I told you that I don't need your help so please just let me be, and why the hell are you kneeling down?", I asked surprised at her behavior.

"Please ma'am if I don't do as the boss orders and he finds out about it, he'll kill me", she said pathetically bowing severally.

"Why would he kill you? I was the one who rejected your assistance, it's not your fault", I replied trying to get her off my case.

"It's my fault ma'am, because I didn't fulfill the Boss's order, and I'll be punished for that", she replied agitatedly.

How can someone be this wicked? just because I refused her assistant she'll be punished for that? I thought inaudibly.

"Is your boss cruel?", I questioned.

"I dare not reply to that ma'am", she answered.

I knew asking her questions about her boss would be fruitless so I just let it slide.

"Enough of the argument to assist me to the bathroom" I said trying to get up, but I fell back heavily on the bed whimpering in pain.

Gina came rushing to me, she held my shoulder gently in an attempt to help her stand up but I roughly shrugged her off as I groaned in pain.

Gina was confused at first, as she wondered what she did wrong to warrant such an attitude  towards her, but as she saw the large cuts on my back, she understood why.

"Gosh the boss is so cruel," she muttered silently.

"Am sorry for acting rude to you, but as you can see am in pains, so please don't hold my shoulders, you can just hold my waist to assist me to the bathro-"

"I understand you perfectly well ma'am," she interrupted.

She held my waist gently and she placed her free hand slightly on my hands and we both walked into the bathroom.

Noah's POV 

I stood in front of my bedroom window staring down and watching every movement made by the guards and the maids. I got so bored and decided to play a little bit.

"Brandon", I yelled and Brandon came rushing in. He is always on time

"You called for me boss", Brandon stated.

"I want you to get my little bug here immediately", I ordered with a smile

Brandon twitched in confusion, "who's little bu-"

"Don't you dare call her little bug else you'd lose your tongue, I am the only one permitted to do so". I cut in immediately

"Am sorry boss, I won't try such again", Brandon pleaded, falling to his knees.

"Get her for me Brandon, I wanna play" I smiled which was well hidden by my mask.

"Yes boss", Brandon got back on his feet and left.

 Freya 's POV

I was already done taking my bath with Gina's help. I was able to eat a little bit of food, Gina also gave me some pain killer which I took before she left.

Thanks to Gina the pains had reduced a bit.

I lay flat on the bed trying to get some sleep when the door barge opened and Brandon walked in.

"Freya, how're you doing?"Brandon asked calmly, but I totally ignored him. After being silent for some minutes I finally decided to reply.

"Are you here to take me home? because if you're here for anything not related to that, you might as well leave the way you came", I said, giving him a hard glare.

"Freya  In as much as I want to get you out of here, I can't possibly go against my boss", Brandon replied apologetically but I scoffed.

"Pretentious soul" I muttered 

"The boss wants you in his room now", Brandon said.

Immediately he mentioned the boss's name. Cold shivers ran down my spine and I sprained up and quickly  rushed out of the room not minding the pains I was feeling.

Brandon saw my reaction and he instantly followed .

I walked around tiredly for a few minutes then I discovered that I didn't even know the location of his room.

"Brandon!!!" I yelled and he came running towards me.

"Take me to his room right now, I don't wanna get punished for coming late", I yelled, breathing heavily.

"Yes Freya ", Brandon replied.

I sat on my bed waiting impatiently for Freya. I wondered why she isn't here yet. I was about to send someone out to go check on her when she came rushing in.

"Wow, the princess finally decided to show up", I said, tapping my foot on the floor.

"I'm so sorry for coming late, please forgive me". Freya said bowing slightly.

"You know, for wasting my time someone has to bear the consequences", I said and I noticed her eyes widened. This caused me to smirk. She has learnt that I'm not to be joked with 

"Bring her in", I ordered and immediately Gina was brought in.

Freya  nearly screamed her lungs out when Gina walked in, her face was all filled with bruises, her mouth was also gagged so she couldn't speak.

Gina was just crying and shaking her head painfully.

Freya  quickly went on her knees crying as well.

"Pleaseease don't hurt her she didn't do anything wrong, I'll do whatever you ask of me", She pleaded.

"Sorry little bug, you don't have a say in this, as long as you keep disobeying me, more people would be punished for your sake", I stated and Freya  shook her head in tears with her palms joined together.

Immediately, I brought out a gun from one of the cupboards

Freya tried running to Gina but she was refrained by Brandon.

The next thing she heard was a loud gunshot and Gina screamed as she fell down heavily.

"Gina!!!", Freya shrieked.
