Chapter 29

The trip to Dubai was fun in as much as I wanted to stay there forever. I needed to get back to reality, to work.

I bought some stuff over there. It's been a week since we came back from Dubai, and the attraction I felt for Constantine was now stronger. It felt like I couldn't even resist his advances. Things had become heated between us especially when we were at work.

We stole kisses sometimes when no one was looking and other times when other employees were around and we started walking hand in hand whenever we were leaving the office together.

I hear side comments from some people. Most of the comments were something I was already used to. Things like slut, whore, gold digger, or whatever insult you could think of. I wasn't bothered about them. I remembered the conversation I had with Jason some days ago.

"I've been hearing things that involve you and the boss," he said

"And what did you hear?" I said folding my hands over my chest.

"I heard you are getting all cozy with the boss
