Seven hours later, Venus had just finished taking a shower. She sat in front of the dressing table mirror inside the walk-in-closet in her room. She stayed in front of the vanity mirror for a few minutes to think about Leon's words this afternoon.

"He's willing to help me, but on the condition that once I get my parents' company back, then I will officially use his last name," Venus muttered while looking at her own face in the mirror.

'Doesn't that mean I'll be officially married to him, and that will keep my company within the Delmonte family? It's like I just transferred my family's company from Alan's hands to Leon's, Venus thought as she clenched her fists. But my family's company won't be able to stand without the help of others either.
