I firmly stood back to hundreds of students listening to my presentation as I explained the essence of concentrating and prioritising the study first.

"Do you believe that there are tones of genius students who do stupid and idiotic decisions?" I asked walking back in forth in front of the huge projector. “Aren't you all aware that some of you are already doing that?" I added.

"I beg to disagree, Ms. Neufeld," Cuts by Ms. Lee, she is our Filipino-Chinese class salutatorian who always failed to get the peak rank since our elementary days. She loves to make scenes whenever I'm presenting, explaining or whatever.

She's so bitter I supposed. "As human we are all mean to make mistakes, and I hope you're aware of that, Ms. Neufeld.” She shamed me as if I didn’t know what I’m talking about.

"Of course I am. That's why I got the highest average given to a female student throughout the history of this Institution that you failed to reached since I studied here. Oh, sorry for bursting your little bubble, Ms. Lee," I sarcastically replied. "You know Ms. Lee, as we grow up we learned million and millions of things, and with that we can able to differentiate what is wrong from right. And as for me? In all honesty, I know which one I should pick 'cause I ain't dumb to do things which I clearly know were wrong. That being said I vehemently reject your opinion." I ended up my words with a smile and wink at her.

"Just to clear my case, Ms. Neufeld, we're all entitled to our own opinion, and I just shared my thoughts regarding your silly questions." She murmured in a shaky deep tone. There she goes again, starting a nonsense debate claiming as if she's right.

However, I am Khloe Maureen Garcia-Neufeld, and the word "defeat" isn't part of my vocabulary. This girl must be barking up the wrong tree.

"What's with the sudden 'Victim' drama, Ms. Lee?" I innocently ask with a wide smile that grave her deeper to the hell. "I guess you just didn't get what I'm trying to score out, I didn't say you're wrong, I just plainly stated that your opinion is rejected in relevance to the questions I raised. So, stop with your silly chicken drama can you?" I raised my left brow and do a flip hair.

The whole room filled with noise as students started to gossip and chit-chat with one another. This is what they usually do whenever there's an exchange of words between me and Tiffany. Some of them even recorded our discussion that made me famous all around the campus, thanks to them.

"You're really unbelievable, Ms. Neufeld." She madly stated.

"Yes I am," I swiftly cut. "And thank you for the clichè praise. I am so much full with that since our elementary old days." I sarcastically mumbled and just after that the school bell loudly ring. I winked at her and turn around flipping my long soft and shiny hair like a model shooting for an advertisement video.

I know I just made her day miserable again, but I never regret doing that as she is the one who always started to wake the f*ckin' hell inside me.

I get to put all my things inside my bag and walked outside.

"That was an another fantastic presentation, Ms. Neufeld," Said Professor Steve. "You're really amazing."

"Thank you professor" I simply replied.

"Woah! You are sitting the bar even higher, Khloe!”Zani exclaims fastly walking to my direction. "I will definitely cut my thumb finger if there's one person who can outshine this queen!” She's my bestfriend and a die hard supporter. We've been classmate since junior high and literally belongs to the same room and section all these years.

"I just hope no one could really do, you know I hate to see someone suffers because of me, for being too much for this world," I mumbled. "By the way, can you come over my place tonight?" I inquired looking straight to her eyes.

"Why? Is there something you are planning to do? Is that a party night?" She exhilaratingly ask, jumping up and down like a child.

"Mom and Dad just flew to UAE this morning and I am d*mn alone again. " I heavily sighed and explained. "Just come over okay? I am counting on you, Zee!" I shouted as we parted ways.

I am about to open my locker when I heard an announcement through the speaker, "Ms. Neufeld and Ms. Lee, you are needed by the Dean. Please report to the Dean's office ASAP." It was a surprise call actually.

I was hesitant to go but had no other choice so I swiftly runs across the heavily populated quadrangle, and the good news is that the students didn't bother me as they make ways for me making it easier for me to get through until I have reached the room of the Dean.

As I reached the Dean's door and knock two times, the door finally opened and I heard the Dean inviting me to get inside.

"Oh what a surprise!” I shockingly mumbled as I saw Tiffany Yeon Lee already inside standing with her chest out like she's under military training or whatever.

"You seems to be surprised." She aggressively murmured in a very low voice.

"Yes! I thought I was seeing a Chinese ghost,” I whispered that widen her tiny little eyes. I guess she heard that, but I don’t gave a freaking attention to even look at her reaction.

"I asked you to come here just to inform both of you and the two other student from different department which aren't here yet obviously-that you guys are going to America next week." The Dean excitedly explained.

"America? what are we going to do there?" I snapped. Tiffany stare at me with disbelief. And yes I forgot to mention that I am the only student in this campus who talk unformally to the staff and even to the Dean.

"The four of you are this institution's exchange student, so I am hoping that you guys would raise our school well in the international stage. We are all looking forward to that, especially you, Genius Queen." She smiled at me.

"That sounds amazing, Dean." Said Tiffany.

"Then I'll assume it's a yes from Ms. Lee," Uttered the Dean "What's your thought about the offer, Ms. Neufeld?" she asked but I couldn't talk, I'm still in the middle of letting her words sync into my brain, cause studying abroad wasn’t really my wildest dream, and I never dreamed about it.

"I'll think about that,” I simply smiled and saw Tiffany looked at me with disbelief, of course who can turn down an offer like that, but they can't force me to go there. I still need enough time to think about it.
