Shortly after I was done eating the noodles, I nudged back to bed. Eventually, I woke up around 7:30 in the morning. I expected that the room service would come around and I would take hold of the opportunity to sneak out of the hotel. I was cautious from the time that I woke up till noon and nobody came. Tonia got home exhausted, while inside the taxi she had measured all that she would work out for the rest of the evening. She planned to take her bath first and then retire to bed till the next day when she will get a new phone.Tonia lives in a multi-tenanted building, her room is the third by the left. She screamed out of fear and lost her appetite after she read the letter."Tonia! Mama thought for a while before giving a response to Tonia's question. "You don't necessarily need to travel down to the south, Abuja is large enough for you to hide without anyone knowing." Mama never wanted Tonia to be too far from her side, she wanted her within the suburb of Abuja."Mama, you know I seldom go out. Where in Abuja did you think is safe for me?" Don't worry I will visit you every now and then." Mama said and returned to her room.Tonia was alone in her room, thinking of the best place to hide from the list. She decided to try Gwagwalada out.

The other tenants were surprised by her actions, they comprehend she needs money to keep up.Four days later she got another apartment but she was yet to move into it. She thought of hanging around with mama for a few more days, she wanted to buy airtime outside, as she stepped out, she saw a familiar car coming from afar, she ran to the house, hid in the bathroom, and told Simon to lied to anyone that may come to look for her that she's not around.Behold, Jack came a minute later she had instructed Simon. Mama Agnes' final phrase struck Tonia's spirit if only Mama Agnes knew she wouldn't be returning anytime soon. She assumed she heard Mama's voice calling out to her, so she intensified her walk. She was lucky at the bus stop, the cab needed just one more passenger to occupy the last seat. She kept her load inside the boot and filled the leftover spot. It's common for drivers to tell their passengers to enter with change, to avoid fighting on the road. Though the driver forgot to inform her, she had the exact amount to pay without wasting each other's time at the bus stop.She left the house when the cloud still had a shade of darkness in it. By the time she arrived at her destination, the sun had shone brightly all over the space. She got to the new apartment, there were four tenants in number and occupied room two.She knew Mama would have seen the letter, she wanted to hear her voice before she pulled the sim into the phone. She was scared of reaching her, she felt she left too soon
