We have a wedding to attend. I was all dressed up, but I wanted to know if Jacob was coming. I noticed he was online, so I sent him a text. [Are you going to the wedding?] I sent. I waited for him to answer. I noticed he had read the message.

[No] a simple answer. I sighed. He's being rude because of yesterday. Maybe I should make him want to come. Honestly, I would love to know more about Jacob. I realised that I don't know much about him. I only know that he doesn't like talking to people and headed a guru. He's also a martial artist. I looked down at my phone again. I sighed and started texting once again.

[It'll mean a lot to me if you come,] I sent. I bit my lips, waiting for his reply. He read it but didn't reply. I pouted my lips.

Arianna walked into my room. "Mom is waiting for you," she said. I nodded. She looked at me, and then, she looked at the phone. She walked in and shut the door. "Do you like Uncle Jacob?" I cringed when she said that.

    ANDREA I climbed through my window and followed the ladder down. It was high, but what choice do I have? I need to see him again. As soon as I made it down, I looked around for any guards.
