Lois had no idea what awaited her when Alpha Karl ordered that she be brought before him.

The attendants bathed her in silence, lowering her trembling body into a tub of steaming water perfumed with rich essential oils. The scents clung to her skin—lavender, sandalwood, myrrh—too luxurious for someone he despised. Lois shivered, uncertain why she was being treated this way. He hated her, loathed her… why make her clean, perfumed, dressed like a consort?

Minutes later, she was led into his chamber.

The room was vast, suffocating with darkness. Heavy velvet drapes swallowed the light, shadows clung to gilded furnishings, and at the center, a towering four-poster bed loomed, draped in silk and black velvet. The wealth was undeniable, yet the atmosphere was oppressive, like a lair that devoured all hope.

A voice, cold as steel, sliced through the silence.

“Strip.”

Lois froze. The command rattled through her bones, making her skin crawl. From the shadows, Alpha Karl emerged—his eyes glowing like a predator’s, sharp and merciless. There was no space for protest, no escape.

Her hands shook as she untied the thin straps on her shoulders. The velvet dress slid soundlessly to the floor, pooling at her feet. Only then did she understand why the attendants had denied her underclothes.

Karl’s gaze traveled over her bare body, lingering on every curve, every soft line of pale skin. His jaw clenched. For the first time in his life, a woman’s body unsettled him. Even in his loathing, Lois’s beauty struck him like lightning.

“Forget what you once were,” his voice rumbled, low and cruel. “You are nothing now. Mine. My chattel. My slave. My possession.”

His words crushed her like chains.

“Move to the table. Bend.”

Each syllable dripped authority, stripping her of will. Lois obeyed slowly, her back stiff, her breath shallow. She turned, her waist swaying without intention, a natural grace she could not hide. His eyes followed, dark with a hatred that bordered on hunger.

To him, she was not a woman. She was prey. A curse. A punishment he intended to mold into submission.

The sound of his steps closing in behind her sent panic spiraling through her chest. This isn’t how it’s supposed to be… I am a mate, not a slave…

Her thought broke into a gasp as his hand seized her, forcing her still. His finger invaded her without warning, brutally prying past her innocence. She tried to close her legs, but his strength caged her completely.

“This will be a long punishment,” he growled against her ear. “Do nothing for your own favor… even if the pain kills you.”

Tears pooled in her eyes as his fingers thrust mercilessly inside her, stretching, burning, violating. His other hand seized her breast, pinching her nipple until a cry escaped her lips.

Lois trembled violently, shame and agony battling within her. Yet beneath the pain, a dangerous heat licked at her skin, foreign and unwanted, leaving her shuddering against the table as cruel sounds slipped past her lips.

He did not stop. His hands roamed, pinching, gripping, choking her throat as his fingers drove into her relentlessly. The room filled with the obscene sounds of her body betraying her.

Then, without warning, she felt the hard length of him press against her. Her eyes widened in horror, and before she could beg, he thrust inside her.

The searing pain ripped through her as his body invaded hers, every forceful thrust a punishment meant to tear her apart. Lois screamed, her nails clawing at the wood beneath her, but his grip crushed her in place.

Every shudder, every cry, only fed his fury. Pain built and broke inside her like waves until her body convulsed, betraying her with an unwanted release that left her trembling violently. Her vision blurred, and the last thing she remembered was his voice growling her damnation as darkness pulled her under.

Three weeks passed.

Three weeks of relentless torment. Nights bound in his chamber, days rotting in the cell. His hatred carved deeper into her each time he touched her, leaving her pale, weak, and broken. She hated herself. She hated him. And still, he did not let her die.

“Her punishment is eternal,” Alpha Karl had said. “She will live long enough to wither grey under my wrath.”

When Lois finally collapsed, vomiting and feverish, Karl ordered her dragged to the infirmary. Not out of mercy—only because he would not allow her to escape damnation through death.

At the infirmary gates, guards were halted. No armed men could enter the royal medical wing. For the first time in weeks, Lois was truly alone.

The physician examined her, his face growing tight with unease.

“Do you suffer morning sickness?” he asked carefully.

Lois blinked, confused, before nodding.

Moments later, her blood was drawn, and the physician excused himself to run tests.

She sat in silence, trembling, until a whisper deep inside her urged: Run.

Her pulse raced. For the first time, no guards shadowed her steps. She veiled herself in torn velvet, crept past busy nurses, and slipped out the back gate. The palace wall towered impossibly high, crushing hope—until she saw it.

A tunnel. Loose bricks. A passage used by servants.

When the maids had gone, Lois pressed her shaking fingers to the stones and slipped through. The tunnel was narrow, scraping her skin, but on the other side was freedom. She ran, stumbling through brush and thorns, blood streaking her legs, lungs burning—yet she never looked back.

“Escape?” Alpha Karl’s roar shook the prison hall. The guard before him dropped to his knees, shaking.

“A-about thirty guards are already searching, Your Majesty. She was sick… she can’t have gone far.”

Before Karl could answer, the physician rushed in, his face pale.

“Your Majesty… the slave… she is three weeks pregnant.”

Karl froze. His jaw tightened, his veins pulsed.

“…Pregnant?” His voice broke with disbelief.

It was his child. His heir. From him—the cursed Alpha who was never meant to sire one.

And now… she was running.

His fury erupted like thunder.

“Wolfe!” he roared, his voice shaking the walls. “Send a thousand soldiers into every corner of this kingdom. Bring Lois back to me!”

The command reverberated through the palace like a storm, sealing Lois’s fate.

"All medications, meals, and drinks served to the royal sextuplets are strictly checked before consumption," Lois stated, her voice clear and ringing with conviction. "I would not dare feed them an unauthorized intake from an unknown or common source."A heavy silence descended upon the interrogation hall. All eyes were fixed on her—her steady gaze, her unshakeable confidence.Sandra managed a slight smirk of contempt. She was furious that Lois had slipped through her trap again; the failure was a burning itch she couldn't scratch. She just has to be pushed out of the palace, Sandra decided. Then I can decide what to do to her next."However, Your Majesty," Sandra began, her voice dripping with venom, "she is a sinner who has committed so many sins, and there was no trial, no punishment, or even a death sentence. Such a sinner is not worthy of being the royal sextuplets' governess. Is your judgment delayed, denied, or adjourned...""I said you should not talk about this again, Sandra!

“It's okay. You can talk,” Alpha Karl said, his voice measured but strained.Sandra took a deep, theatrical breath and began, her voice earnest.“Your Majesty, I have always been deeply concerned with the safety of the royal sextuplets. Even if I cannot have a child of my own, I feel it is my custom to watch over your children. And today, one of my maids who also works at the North Palace discovered something truly disturbing—something that could gravely hurt the sextuplets.”Sandra paused, carefully watching Alpha Karl. She was gratified when his head snapped up, his gaze fixing on her. She had his attention.Clearing her throat, she continued with practiced distress: “My maid found that Lois has been using an unprescribed drug from outside the palace for the sextuplets.”She stopped again, letting the words hang in the air. Alpha Karl's gaze was instantly bright, his jaw rigid, and his fists clenched into hard, white knots.“She gives them an unprescribed decoction? What is that dam

CHAPTER 35Back at the King's Library in the West Palace, the siblings were restlessly rummaging through books while waiting for Wolfe, who had promised to return quickly.“He said he'd be back in an hour. Why isn't he here yet?” Cahir griped, slamming a book shut.“Maybe we haven’t been here for a full hour yet,” Coen offered, trying to be optimistic.“We’ve been here for almost two hours,” Conall corrected, his voice tight with worry. “He’s probably busy with something important. What do we do about this?”“I... I don't know,” Conall replied, running a hand through his hair.Coen, ever the strategist, spoke up, “Why don't we try looking for him? Or maybe anyone who can take us back to the North Palace?”“Alright,” Conn agreed after a moment's consideration. “You and Cahir should go. The rest of us will wait here. But don’t go too far, and if you don’t find him fast, come straight back.”“Is that a good idea? What if they get lost in the palace?” Connan fretted.“Fine,” Connal interj

"You cannot break me, Karl!" Lois muffled, her mouth gagged with his broad palm and her hair dragged from behind like a horse's tail.Like he was going to rip it all off her scalp, she couldn't breathe properly. His cock was too huge, reaching a halt inside her vagina, beating a wall that was about to be broken. It was painful, it was steady, it was hot and oddly felt good.He softened his thrusting pace and leaned his hugely built chest on her back, nibbling on the back of her neck, so hard trailing his tongue through the cord that leads to her spine, through her ass down to her vagina. Her whole body is distributing electric shock, making her heart thud, all down to you. She could not deny she wasn't having butterflies in her stomach; she wants to grab him and hug his broad body tightly. Her lips were so hungry for his tongue; she wanted to kiss and lick his soft lips, she wanted to touch that beard badly and run her hands through his blonde hair. But she is a slave; she dares not d

Lois was escorted to the North Palace and brought to its grand library. Her heart was pounding as she opened the large golden doors and saw Jacinta seated and reading softly to the children. The sextuplets’ heads were bent forward as they listened. The moment they saw her, they rose immediately.Lois dropped to her knees, gathering them into her arms, her lips covering their faces with kisses. Her heart thundered in her chest, and her hands trembled. She began to sob.Jacinta understood her heartbreak and, for once, didn’t stop her. For the first time in three weeks, she allowed Lois a long and emotional reunion.“I’m so glad you’re here,” Jacinta said softly, her own voice shaking with emotion.Lois finally let go. Her eyes fell on the children’s outfits—beautiful, costly silk embroidered with the royal crest. Their hair had been styled into curls, their feet slipped into leather slippers, and their postures were upright.Conall reached for her face and touched her cheek gently. “Wh

Alpha Karl and his personal guard, Wolfe, arrived at one of the residences on the north side of the palace. The estate was vast and sophisticated, divided into quarters for royal families and another for the palace workers. This particular castle had only recently been remodeled—lavish, modern, and majestic. It had originally been built for Great Hale’s Royal Heir, but Alpha Karl had ordered that the sextuplets be brought here. Ten rooms had been prepared for them, spacious and gilded. The castle’s exterior gleamed under the pale light, walls carved from pure white stone, etched with delicate patterns and crowned with intricate decorations. The sight tugged at Karl’s chest, drawing out memories of Aloe—memories he both despised and cherished.Guards stood firmly at their posts outside, motionless as statues. Karl entered the castle, his heavy steps echoing against marble floors. The opulence that greeted him was fit for kings—chandeliers of crystal hanging high, their light scattering
