As usual, my eyes cracked open wide due to the loud ringing of the alarm. Letting out a groan of irritation, I reached over to slap the snooze button, putting a halt to the loud irritating sound.

I got off the bed and paddled straight to the bathroom. Peeling my nightie and undergarments, I dropped them into the laundry basket. Turning the shower on, I walked down the spray when the temperature was to my liking.

After I was done showering. I dressed in a simple black maxi dress. Once I was satisfied with everything, I headed to the kitchen. These days I have had to wake up extra early since May got hungry early in the morning. Honestly speaking, it irritates me since I was never an early bird, but what can be done? She is going to be a mother and she needs to eat.
