Mag-log inThe class was silent even the teacher seemed to shiver.
”As you can see asshole, there are several empty chairs in this classroom and as for this one I didn’t see your name when I took it, so you have no way of defending this seat as yours anywhere,” I blurted. I could hear the gasps and murmurs, and I realized what I had just done.
I had broken the first rule Ash had given me.
Fuck.
I called him an asshole, but I didn’t back down. I fucking grinned at him, as our classmates mumbled and spoke among themselves.
”Rya, I advise you to take another seat, I’m sure there isn't…”but I beat the teacher…to it.
”Sir I do hope you aren’t trying to encourage this form of bullying. I came in here, I didn’t even know this fucker and I sat in the first seat I saw, there was no name here, no number. How the hell would I have known it was his, or is he being favoured? If he is, I don’t give a flying fuck!” I spat.
”No cussing in my class, or you’re ending up in suspension!” the teacher warned. I noticed he evaded my words, and went for my cursing and shit. Ash was right …..they were scared of him. The teacher was. The man looked like he was about to piss in his pants.
Suddenly without a word, Zeke moved away, as he went to another seat and settled down. The gasps increased. If their stares last time were bad, this time they were murderous, mostly from the girls. The boys only threw a few glares here and there.
”Silence, the issue has been resolved and now we will return back to our studies,” the teacher said as everyone settled down. The class ended….and it took some time to write down my notes. By the time I lifted my eyes most of the students had left including
Zeke.
Just as I was about to leave, a red-haired girl and some group of girls blocked my way, and I wasn’t surprised to see Amber was one of them.
“Get out of my way,” I blurted out, but the girl who seemed like the queen bee moved closer.
“You’re yet to learn your place, you slut. How dare you humiliate me or speak back to me,” she snapped, and I rolled my eyes, a laugh building inside me.
“Cece... it isn't surprising. Of course, my father had informed us. She herself got kicked out of three schools. Of course she's a rebel,” Amber chimed in.
I ain’t known for being the good and humble girl. Growing up I was known for being a bully. I was the one who did the bullying. I was the one who traumatized my school mates and for god’s sake I didn’t like being bullied myself.
So I walked closer to Cece. She stood her ground as I stared into her eyes.
”What are you going to do, report to daddy?” I gritted out with a smirk, but suddenly she pushed me away. I stumbled back but I held my form, avoiding landing the first punch.
”Watch your steps, runt. Here we eat humans like you for breakfast,” she hissed, or more like threatened as she walked away, leaving Amber.
”I gave you a month but at this point, let’s make it a week. You wouldn’t last a week you murderer,” she snapped as she turned and walked out, a smirk on her face. I rolled my eyes, reaching for my bag and swinging it over my shoulder.
I stood lost in the hallways, and for the first time, I realized, I didn’t know where the cafeteria was. After spending more than three minutes locating my locker, I shoved my bags into the locker. I didn’t fail to observe the way the other students stared, but I blatantly ignored them.
Picking my purse I took it upon myself to find the cafeteria, ignoring the stares on my back and the whispers.
”They say she called Zeke a fucker”
”She disobeyed the alpha”
”I heard she’s a murderer”
The rumours kept flying. I clenched my fist, the word murderer hitting me. Of course, they would have to know that from Amber, who didn’t even know the full scale of my history, and she dared open her big ass mouth.
I located the cafeteria, a large hall, with more than a dozen tables.
I spotted a mob of white haired at the very side of the room. Soon as I walked in he turned and stared at me, making a face of disgust. His turn caught his attention as he looked away. Ignoring the glares of the others, I walked towards the counter getting my meal. I walked towards Ash, who was sitting alone, with two nerdy girls, I could say.
I sighed, observing this school was sorted by hierarchy. I’ve never been a nerd in school, never been called one but it’s funny now that I’m about to sit with one.
Soon as I approached the table I sat down next to Ash. She seemed to stiffen, staring at me, with wide eyes..as if shocked I was here.
”Hey, what’s up with the look?” I asked, and just like that, two of the other girls hastily stood up from the table, and rushed off to an empty table. Ash looked between me and her sister, who sat down with the other bratty girl, Cece.
”Don’t worry I understand, go ahead,” I smiled at Ash as she nodded, picking her tray and leaving. So that’s how it was now. I looked back at Cece. She stared at me with a satisfied smirk, and chuckled back. She didn’t know who she was playing with. If she thought I was going to sit back and be bullied then she had it coming so wrong.
I noticed on Zeke’s table it was filled with the boys and some of their girls. To my surprise, he was staring right at me, a look I couldn’t quite decipher. The bell went off. Returning back to my locker to grab my books, and schedule, and head to the next class, I realized a particular locker was left open.
My locker… clenching my fist, I headed closer to see my bag was missing.
I stared around and anyone who met my eyes, scurried away, as if scared of my gaze ... .none of these people did it. Something told me this was Cece and of course Amber.
Just then, I heard the laughing as they walked towards my direction. That did it…. Without thinking, I headed to Cece, who grinned when she spotted me. So I was indeed right.
“The books aren’t important. Keep them, but I want my bag back. There’s something important in it,” I hissed at Cece, while the other girls booed at me. She chuckled as she walked closer.
“What are you talking about? What bag?” she said as she eyed the other girls, who laughed alongside her.
Without thinking, I punched her in the face. Her head fell back. Amber launched herself at me, but I was used to group assaults. For someone who had been in jail, you had to fight your place at the top. Using my legs, I hit her face as she fell to the ground, while still going for Cece’s hair. The other girls charged towards me, but they were still unable to land a punch. The hallway had turned into a den of cheering students when I punched Cece with even more intensity, throwing her on top of Amber, who was bleeding.
“Where is it!” I roared at them, but I was yanked off them by two men who seemed to be security. I struggled against them, but to no avail. They were far stronger than I was.
I was dragged away,
not before I saw the smirk on Amber’s face.

Gosh, what was his deal? One moment he was walking into the school premises with his hands in his pockets and the rest of the students fawning over him.The next, he was openly glaring at me.“Uh… we’d best get to the Administration Building…” Ash said as she dragged me along.I’m sure everyone must have seen the shift in his mood. But it was how I felt, I felt a chill down my spine“Who was that?” I asked Ash.My half-sister stopped to look at me.For a half-sister, she sure was nice.Unlike her twin.“That was Zeke Kingsley, and he is one person you should try to avoid by all means,” she responded as she rushed her walking.I still got a few strange stares as I went by.Gosh, this place was strange.“Who is he? Everyone seemed excited to see him. Is he some kind of… celebrity?” I asked.“Of course he is. Everyone knows Zeke Kingsley. Not only is he the hockey captain of the Eagles team, he’s also the one and only son of the…”Suddenly she stopped as she looked around.“Of the what?”
I hated it.I hated him, but I knew this was my only shot out of this hell hole. Mum was dead, I had nothing left here, nothing. I was a fucked-up nuisance, and no doubt the landlord would kick me out as soon as the day is over,i had no friends, not anymore. So I accepted Lyon Stone’s offer, even though it was with a heavy heart.I was currently in a car, having flown out of America by midnight, landed in Canada, and was on transit to this new home in the East…Lyon and I hadn’t spoken a word, not once…But I could see his glances at me, and his frowns, and I knew it was mostly because of the streak of red in my hair and my gothic look, a look I particularly went for.Mum had hated it.Hated that I was like this, this broken vase she couldn’t fix no matter how much she tried. And her loving me doesn’t mean I got to change anything about myself, not even my look…Suddenly, after spending more than twelve hours passing through so many forests, we stopped at large gates, so large one cou
The coffin went lower…and lower….as I stood there clutching the sunflower’s ,because they were her Favourite’s.I looked around, and I could barely see anyone. When you’re a struggling, dying woman, you don't get to have many friends.Except for two of her co-workers, and our favourite neighbour, no one was present…the priest spoke but I was unable to drown out his words as a sob ripped through Alice, but unlike the others, I stood there, and not one grief escaped me.They said letting emotions out was better than keeping it locked up inside, but letting it out wouldn’t bring her back. Not when she made me promise that….I wouldn’t cry.I stood there holding it in as the ceremony came to an end.I watched as everyone dropped their flowers into the grave.Grave….the scene hit me so bad…my hands shivered as my eyes watered…But my grief had been so great, far too great, that keeping it buttoned up inside could not be compared to what I did, how I treated her, not knowing she was dying.
