Chap_12. Unexpected Encounter

Damien's POV

This girl's foolish bravery really amuses me sometimes. What does she think of me actually?

"Okay. If it's what you want, I don't mind changing it." I said smiling back at Eden. Her smile died down but Mom's face lit up like a kid at a candy store as she said, "That's like my son."

Before I could speak up again, Mom spoke up, "Okay. Now let's go downstairs. Everyone is waiting for you."

Nodding at her, we two followed her in tow out of my room and then downstairs. After spending a good few moments, having dinner together and all, Eden along with her family were about to leave.

As much as they insisted on not bothering us, Mom was stubborn enough to get them to agree to her demands.

Though letting them go by our cars was enough, Mom asked me and Nate to drop them off.

So, obviously Eden was with me in my car as I trailed behind the car, Nate was driving other members of Eden's family and her friends home.
