CHAPTER 7: I Dare You

"Ahhhhh!" I ran to my bestfriends and hugged them. 

"I missed you so much!" I said as I hugged them tightly. Today, we will have a fitting in New York for the fitting and some other schedules. 

"Me too!" We all squealed together. We rarely have time together because we're all busy with our thing, school and most of the time our schedule doesn't match at all. Usually we always make time with each other every 2 weeks. 

"Come on girls, it's boarding time." Cherice's manager said. We turned to the paparazzi and waved before going into the airport. We always have them around us and sometimes they get closer but not today. We have our bodyguards and managers today. We checked in and walked into the lounge. 

I'm going to sit next to Sienna today. Elle will be with Cherice. We sat in the lounge.

"So.. spill the tea, my dear." Sienna said.

"Right, spill the tea." Cherice said and I turned to Elle. She gestured me to go ahead.

"I was dared to ask the one and only heir to the Harrison hotel out." I said. Cherice and Sienna's reaction were priceless. They looked at me with their jaw dropped.

"And then? They bullied you again, didn't they?" Sienna hissed.

"And then.. what happened?" Cherice asked.

"He agreed and then he made me do his homework. He always pranked me too." I sighed.

"That jerk." Sienna hissed.

"So you have a boyfriend now?" Cherice asked and I shook my head.

"I never think that he's my boyfriend because it was a dare and he used me so.." 

"Good because your first boyfriend needs to be someone who is.. nice and treat you good." Sienna said and I nodded.

"So what did I miss about you guys?" I asked. 

"Nothing much about me." Sienna chuckled.

"Well.. me too. Have been working a lot lately and tried to keep up with school too. I rather have a boring life." Cherice said and we all want that. Besides being a model, we want an ordinary life where we can express ourselves freely. 

"5 months before graduating, I'm excited." I said.

"4 months to be exact, the last month won't count cause we will only have prom and graduation preparation." Elle corrected me. 

"Right, you're right." Cherice said. 

We continued to talk about other things and then our time to board has come. We got into the plane and I sat beside Sienna in business class. We both decided to rest for the rest of the flight. 

After that fainting episode, my siblings have been keeping track on me. They wanted me to let them know my whereabouts and my condition. After arriving in New York, I decided to rest again and took my vitamin. I slept most of the time and checked my phone after waking up. 

Cole Harrison: Why aren't you at school?

Cassie Edwards: I have some family business that I have to settle.

I checked my family group.

Dad: Is everyone doing well? 

Dean: We all doing great, Dad. I've been keeping track all of them.

Clarissa: Fine.

Mom: *Sends a photo of grandad eating happily*

Vincent: Miss that old man.

Victor: Lookin good.

Cassie: Going there in a few days.

Dad: Okay and watch Rissa for me boys.

Clarissa: Last time I check, I'm a grown up woman.

Dean: She's with me.

Mom: Miss you all.

Cassie: Missing you too, mom.

Clarissa and I have trouble eating since we were kids. We don't have a good appetite and had to go to the hospital for it. It's been hard for our parents and that's why Vincent wanted to be a chef. He hated seeing his sisters not able to eat a lot.

Suddenly there's a message from the siblings group.

Dean: Cassie, are you eating well?

Cassie: Yeah, I am.

Vincent: I can smell a lie from a far.

Victor: Me too, I can sniff it.

Clarissa: That's pretty stupid, twins.

Vincent: *Sends a punching sticker*

Victor: *Cancels the cake order*

Clarissa: Forgive me. 

I decided to take a shower and get ready for the fitting. When I was about to jump in, someone called me. I quickly grabbed it and it's Cole. 

"Where are you?" I don't even know why I picked it up.

"I'm with my family." 

"When will you comeback? You need to help me with my homework." He hissed.

"Do it yourself, you were doing good." 

"I've been practicing my gaming skill, I want a re-match." He said and I chuckled.

"I'll think about it."

"What happened to you back then?" He's talking about me fainting, isn't he? 

"My blood sugar dropped, nothing serious." 

"What?! That's something serious, Cassie." 

"Chill, you don't need to worry." 

"Okay then.." He ended the call after that. I chuckled and I jumped into the shower. I got ready pretty quick. I went down to the lobby and saw my bestfriends and managers already ready.

"Excited?" Cherice asked.

"Hell yeah." We got into our car and drove to the building. The fashion show will happen in 2 months and I'm excited. We got into our individual fittings. I'll be wearing 3 outfits. One bikini, a dress and lastly a jumpsuit. 

It was pretty hectic because they have to measure my body again just to make sure. After fitting, we got lunch and hung out at a cafe. We then spent our time in Central Park. 

The next day, I went straight to San Fransisco. 

 "Hey granddad and grandma!" I hugged them both.

"Good to see you, my beautiful pumpkin." Grandpa chuckled and I pulled away.

"Missed you both."

"Miss you more, button." Grandma said.

"How are you feeling?" I asked grandpa.

"I'm fine, just getting old." He patted my hand as I sat between them.

"I made you your favorite fish and chips." I turned to grandma with my eyes widen. 

"Really?" 

"Yes, go to the dining room." She said and I got up to eat because I'm starving. Her fish and chips are out of this world." When I walked into the dining room, I was greeted with heavenly goods. 

I sat down and started eating. I heard them calling my brothers. I was busy eating grandma's cook, it's the best. 

As I was busy eating, my phone vibrated. 

Cole Harrison: Better come back fast.
