Sophie’s Pov
“Get your ass out of my office” I heard immediately I stepped into Chresanto’s office.
His voice was laced with so much anger, his eyes shot red and his body rigid. For a minute I had almost lost my balance as I held the door knob to keep my feet standing while my hands and my whole body shook.
I felt the need to thank him immediately I had arrived a few minutes ago, he did so much for Rina and I which made me feel there might be something aside from being just employer and employee but I wasn’t so sure anymore.
“Sophie” I heard him call, this time his voice was calm and he ran his hands over his hair in a frustrated manner.

Sophie’s Pov“Stop running around Rina” I shouted from the kitchen for the fifth time. She stopped to give me her usual puppy look and almost immediately she dashed over to Chresanto.Rina came down with a little fever at the early hours of the morning, I couldn’t risk taking her to school as I was afraid it might get worse. So I had to take her over to Chresanto’s place since he agreed to it and due to the rumors I would be working with him at home for the time being.I took two cups of coffee in my hand and walked towards Chresanto who was in the sitting room. Thankfully his health got better overnight. His focus was now on Rina as he tickled her a little causing her to release a long laugh.
