The next few weeks went by smoothly. I had successfully adjusted to working at Lightwood, and found a way to deal with Mrs Perry’s drama.
Thomas and I got pretty close, he had been an employee at Lightwood for about two years now and he pretty much understood everything there is to know about Lightwood which made my job a lot more easier.
Thankfully I hadn’t seen much of the CEO as I didn’t want to be reminded of our encounter and I wanted him to forget about my stupid look on that day.
