CHAPTER 19

Three days have passed since the fire, and today is the day when Mrs. Gray will transfer to their new house, which Mykel bought for them. They accompanied Mrs. Gray to the new house and promptly went home afterward. Mykel headed to the bedroom while Lily had a brief conversation with Benny. After their talk, Lily quickly followed Mykel into the room. Upon entering, she found Mykel naked. She turned away swiftly. She waited for Mykel to finish dressing before turning around again.

“Next time lock the door if you’re going to change your clothes,” Lily quipped at him.

“Why? You already saw everything,” Mykel said to her. Lily closed the door and crossed the room. She searched for her bag and found it on a chair near the bed where Mykel was sitting, blatantly staring at her.

“I saw nothing,” Lily denied.

“Then how about I show you again?” Mykel said in a lustful voice. Lily's body reacted to what she heard. She wanted to run out, but she showed that she was not affected by it.
