Chapter-35 Finally you are mine

Erica's POV***

I don't know what important meeting he is talking about and that's too for 'us' what does he meant by that,God!!!who knows about that,only he knows.

"okay!!!"I said and sat on the couch .

"so did you came here to snarl at me for not picking you up??"he asked as he pick up a file and flipped the page over.

"mm...yes!!!"I replied while nodding my head and picked up a candy from my bag and put it inside my mouth.

He smirk at me and shook his head to what I have said ,"so you are really mad??"he said and he placed his files on the table before lifting his head up and walk towards me.

"yes of course I am mad at you cause you always stood me up and moreover,whenever you say that, something or the other always come up "I stated as I put my arms over my chest and pouted.

He sat on the other couch and cross his right leg over the other and asked,

"so are you going to continue being angry at me ??"

I glance at him from the corner of my eyes and he was smiling while looking at me.

"yes!!!"I replied him sternly.

"hmm...okay so even if I tell you that its about our wedding "he said 

And as I heard about our marriage ,all my anger towards him a minute ago faded away and a genuine smile form in my face,"so are you going to be mad at me,if you are then I don't thin...."I cut him off in between,

"what??no, I am not angry with you who said I am angry"I said with a bright smile 

He chuckle to what I said,"really!!"he said 

"yes,so tell me what you have planned ,will you??"I asked excitingly 

He didn't say anything and stare at me for a second before he beckoned me . I stood from my place and walk towards him and I stood in front of him then he pulled me by my waist close to him. I put both my hands over his chest and stare at him.

"tell me now,what you planned for our wedding??"I asked with my brightest smile.

He smirk ,"do you really want to know ??"he asked me again making me curious

"yes tell me already please!!"I begged.

"but I thought that you were mad because of my meetings??"he said teasingly and gave a smile.

I pouted and said ,"please tell me,I want to know,won't your share your plan with me,hmm..."and made a puppy face.

He peck on my pouted lips and said,

"okay then".

"yes!!!"

"the plan is I am going to marry you this month..."I nudge him and stare at him with my big green eyes.

"what??"he asked with a small smile.

"yo-you are go-going to marry me th-this mo-month,you are kidding right"I asked in stuttering along with a tight smile on my face.

He pulled me closed towards him and lean down now our face are close enough to kiss and softly said,

"do you think I am kidding??"

His husky voice really makes me melt every time he speaks, I don't know how will I be after we get married.

I shook my head signaling him that he is not kidding ,"no you are not so now tell me all the details about our marriage"I asked him as I adjust his tie.

He was still over my ear nibbing it which is quiet distracting,"I did plan to make a simple wedding just yours and my family,close friends and relatives and cousin but only close one,if that's fine with you"he stated 

I thought for a moment about the plan,I did always wanted my wedding to be a small gathering which he had exactly planned like I always wanted and right now I am way too happy.

So without saying anything ,I just hug him tightly,"I love the plan and I always wanted a small wedding with only close ones and you just fulfilled my wish which I have always dreamed of when I was little until now"I said and I snuggle into his embrace deeper.

He rub my back and said,"I am glad that you like the planned but now we need to do the most important thing"

"important thing???"I said and I parted from him and stare at him.

"mm....yes the most important thing"he said and tuck a lock of hair behind my ear.

"and what's that??"I asked 

"getting a gown for you,yes ,its shopping you need to get done by this week cause our wedding might be after 2 weeks from now on"he stated 

My eyes widen which was staring into his as I heard him saying that our weeding might be after 2 weeks from now on. God!!!why is he in so hurry to get married ,now???

"after two weeks ,how am I suppose to get my shopping done before two weeks",I whined.

"actually for that I have hired a designer ,if you like you can explain her about the design you want for your gown and she can help you make your dream dress."he said while stroking my arm with his hand.

"Okay!!!I think that will be best to get my wedding gown,my dream dress."I said and I cupped his face and gave a peck on his lips.

"thank you ,you are the best"

He smile and said,"only for you,"he then press his lips on my,kissing me slowly but soon he pulled away making him whine,he let out a laugh before he spoke,"I will give you more when we get home but for now,I'll called the designer and ask for her to come this afternoon "

I nodded my head and gave a smile at him,"okay!!"

He rub my check with his thumb and said,"I can't wait to make you mine ,I can't wait to do many different things with you ,I can't wait to nag you and spoil you..."and gave a smirk.

I playfully glare at him from the corner of my eyes and said,"spoil me mhh...I don't want to"

"but I'll do that"he said before crushing his lips over mine again and he kissed me passionately .

In the afternoon ,the designer came and showed us her latest design,mom and aunt also joined me in the selection of my wedding gown and I am grateful that they came cause I wouldn't be able to select the one dress for myself and I want it to be the best gown that will make Richard happy and satisfied.

After hours of looking through different types of gown,I finally found the one,its a simple truimpet gown with a sweetheart neckline,embelish with embdoidery and beading. I am bit nervous cause I don't know whether he will like it or not,lets hope for the best.

I am now working on my assignment when mom spoke,"sweety,if you are done why don't you go and called your dad and uncle for dinner ?"while setting the plates and bowls on the table along with aunt.

"okay!!!"I replied and rush up to the study to called them ,I knock on the door twice,"dad,uncle, dinner is ready," I yelled from outside the study since the door was lock from inside,I wonder what are they talking about.

I wish Richard could join us for dinner as well, a whole family gathering but...but he can't cause he went to New Jersey for a meeting this afternoon all of the sudden and though he will return tomorrow, I am missing him already. I miss my 'darling'. I wonder whether he is doing fine, hope is he eating properly ,wait, what are you thinking Erica,he is no longer a kid ,he can take care of himself and you are acting like a mother,worrying about their children???

Then I was bought back from my trance when my dad said,"sweety,you alright!!!",he patted my head.

I look at him and gave him a genuine smile before clinging my arms over his,"I am fine just thinking about Richard whether he is doing fine or not"I replied sadly

Uncle Robert patted my head as well and said,"don't worry Erica ,he will be fine and he is someone,who does things in his own way,so just relax??"

I look at him and nodded my head.

"okay,if you say so "I said in a sadly.

"Erica ,don't worry,your Uncle said that he'll be fine right and its only one night and he'll return back to you again so now smile",dad said.

I look at him from the corner of my eyes with my pouted lip and then said,"okay I will not worry but...."and I gave an evil smile.

They both stare at me with a confusion face all over their face.

"what is it??and what's with that smile on your face??"dad asked.

"were you guys doing that??"I asked still keeping that smile on my face.

"what do you mean ??"they both ask.

I put my arms around them and softly said,"weren't you guys puffing ??"and then both of them look at me with their eyes wide open as if they have seen a ghost.

I smile at their reaction and said,

"don't worry dad ,uncle I'll keep it a secret from mom and aunt"

They both sighed heavily together until we heard mom yelled from downstairs .

"come lets go before your mom and aunt start suspecting us."dad said and I nodded my head in agreement not before clinging my arms around dad's and Uncle's arm and we went down.

3 weeks later~~~~

Finally ,the day has arrived for me and Richard to be together forever and right now I am really nervous even though I am still getting ready,oh God !!!relax Erica ,take a deep breath.

I inhale my breath and exhale it ,I continue the process again and again until I heard Aunt voice,"nervous!!!" she said with a smile as she place my veil on the table.

I nodded my head," Aunt I don't know why but I am way too nervous and if I continue being  like this,I don't think I'll be able to take my vows,"I stated while looking myself through the mirror .

She walk towards me and place both her hands on my bare shoulder and said,"sweety its going to be fine everyone gets nervous on their wedding and also its not only you, your soon to be husband ,he is freaking out as well "and she gave me a bright smile.

"really Aunt is he that nervous too??I mean Richard he doesn't get nervous nor is afraid of anything then how comes he is nervous??"I said with a smile on my face imagining how he will be now,"I really want to see him now"and I giggled.

"you know,he will be probably pacing there in his dressing room" she said while smiling .

"yes Aunt ,I bet he is",we both laugh which made my nerves at ease.

"okay ,let me do your hair first cause the ceremony will be starting in few minutes and you look very beautiful in this gown ,I assure you that Richard will be amazed today when he sees you"she said and began to make my hair.

Yes,Richard was so impressed with my wedding gown when we went for the trail and as expected his reaction was watchable cause as I walk out from the trail room wearing my almost done gown ,his eyes widen along with his mouth open , he even blink his eyes again and again checking whether he was looking at his fiance or not and when he finally realised that its me he said that 'he had never in his life saw a sexy yet beautiful bride like me' his words made me laugh as well as happy and excited to wear my gown.

Soon after the ceremony started and I was standing beside my dad,who is going to walk me down the aisle and I am now really shaking out of nervousness.

I pray that I won't fall down.

A second or so,dad and I began to walk down the aisle,where all the guest stood up on their feet to accept me but as soon as I saw those hundreds of eyes staring at me I kind of shake.

"you alright "dad asked softly .

"mm...I am fine"

"okay!!"he said but my hand was shivering like anything .

But all of my shivers and nervous faded away when my eyes laid on Richard ,he was looking so handsome and cool,I want him to be all mine and I wonder what will he do to me toni....  Gosh!!! Erica control ,control!!!

Then  my eyes met his and he gave me a small smile before dad handed me over to Richard,he said softly,"please take care of her",he place my hand over his.

Richard took my hand in his and he nodded but not before placing a kiss on the back of my hand and stare into my green eyes.

I gave a small smile which he return with a smile.

Then the priest began his speech and a minute or so pass by ,I began to dream about me and Richard but all too soon I was brought back from my trance, I didn't even realised  that we are almost towards the end in exchanging our vows.

"Do you Richard Winkleman take Erica Day to be your lawfully weeded wife?"as the priest ask my body began to sweat ,my nervous occur again and my hand began to shiver and even though I know that he is going to say ,'yes'.

Then he squeeze my hand which made me to lifted my head up only to see his beautiful smile,"yes,I do"he said still keeping his eye on me.

"do you Erica Day take Richard Winkleman as your lawfully weeded husband??" the priest asked me again and I didn't let go of our eye contact and said,"I do",as he heard me he gave me a grin.

"the rings"the priest said,then Emma brought the rings and Richard took the ring out from the ring box and he took my hand and slide it down on my ring finger ,after him ,I took the ring from the box and slide it down his finger as well.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife...now you may kiss the bride"the priest announced. Then Richard didn't wait any minute cause as soon as the priest announced, he pulled me close towards him and gave a smirk .

"now finally you are mine and I am not letting you go"he said before smacking his lips on mine,then I heard everyone clapping ,we broke our kiss when I mumble something during our kiss. He stare at me with a grin in his face and asked,"what??"

"I love you"I said

"I love you too Mrs Erica Winkleman", he replied before kissing me passionately again.

I will always love you and will always be there for you ,Richard no matter what obstacles may come in our way....
