Nate held the door open for her as she walked to him. He didn’t mind the way the rain soaked his hair lightly. He just wanted to get done with her and leave.

“Hey baby” she smiled as she reached out to place a kiss on his lips.

Nate flinched, Taylor always had a way of drawing attention. The rumors of his marriage with her kept spreading everyday. He had received anonymous messages and requests from reporters to make a comment about it.

It was exhausting. Although he was kind of used to it as growing up in a rich family meant reporters trying to get dirt on the family.

“Come on, Nate” Taylor frowned, pushing her hair from her face. The more she tried to win Nate’s love, the more he distanced himself.
