With a loud bang, the door slammed shut, making a deafening noise.

Hazel closed her eyes and suddenly felt a bit ridiculous. Although she was disappointed at him, that bastard actually asked her to plead with her grandfather. Wasn't that going too far? After all, she was now his wife, and Ashley... to put it nicely, was the person he liked but to put it bluntly, was just a woman outside of their marriage who couldn't be seen in the light of day. She wasn't a saint, and besides, she as still in the hospital. She really didn't know what to say about him.

She had been persisting since she woke up, and had just had a small argument with Jack. Now she was a bit tired and was about to rest for a while when the door was knocked on, and then someone pushed it open.
