I was arranging the doughnuts when a customer walked into the bakery, I quickly stopped what I was doing and looked at the customer that just walked in.

I don’t remember turning the door sign to open. I looked at the customer he had already taken a sit without making any order or saying a word despite knowing the bakery wasn’t open.

I kept the doughnut tray aside and brought out the menu before walking toward him.

"Good morning sir, welcome to Amees Bakery here is the menu," I said as I handed it over to him

He is fair in complexion, tall, well built, and had exposed wounds on his face which made wonder if he had just finished fighting

He stared at me for a while which was very uncomfortable before he collected the menu list from my hands.

"Hmm, I think I will have a….."

"Afraah, have you finished arranging the doughnuts," Amal said immediately after she walked out of the kitchen.

He turned around and looked at her, he didn’t seem happy with the way she walked in and interrupted
