Over the years, I never really understood, and knew what I wanted to do with my life. I never wanted many things. Just simple things could make me feel happy. But now, I myself am not at all sure what I want in my life. I don't seem to have many choices in my life anymore. I feel as if my right to determine my own life has been forcibly taken away, and I can't prevent it from happening at all.

And here I am now. Sitting looking at my own reflection right in front of the mirror in this room. With Mia and Lea standing behind me, arranging my headdress and hair. This is the day. The day of the bride-giving ritual for the dragon. And I was preparing myself for the ritual. Both my palms were clenched very tightly now. I was trying very hard to hold back all these things I was feeling.
