~Ariadne POV~

Liliana latched the word to my throat by her sudden outburst. I glared around. The guests' gaze flickered to me as I walked out of the dead. Like I was a piece of shit. lots of murmuring, muttering hateful words.

It breaks me the most.

Liliana swore never to forgive me.

How bad.

How shocking the scumbag Alpha had won the heart of everyone. He is kind but stern.

He's the law here.

The monarch.

And his father lived a legend. He wasn't as influential as Alpha Henry. He is born a self-made leader.

Hannah found it hard to promise me. Which breaks me.
