“C’mon, Little Alphas,” I said to my boys, holding my hands out to them.

They flashed me those bright smiles of theirs and grabbed a hand. Their walking was getting better too. Faye had explained that it had to do with the same reason for advanced pregnancies. Our role would be dangerous, so our family needed to be protected. Whatever the reason was, we trusted in Selene.

Today would be ‘take-your-pups-to-work-day,’ but that was nothing new. I loved being a hands-on father with them. Hell, I even preferred to get up and take care of them at night so that Elle could sleep. Trust me when I said that she tried to talk me out of it because she wanted me to sleep too, but I was really fucking stubborn. I loved providing for my pups and my mate.
