Valentina’s POV

I woke up without warning, just a sudden, sharp tug in my chest as if something in me already knew I wasn’t alone.

And I wasn’t because he was already here this morning. Ryker.

Sitting at the far edge of the bed in the same chair where he’d watched me last night. Only this time, he wasn’t shrouded, he was in full view. The pale, cruel morning light fell across his face like a sheet of silver.

His eyes were cold. Empty in the way only a man used to death could manage.

I didn’t move and the silence stretched between us. His expression didn’t change, but I felt the shift in the air when he finally said, “Did you sleep well?”

I blinked, as if I hadn’t expected him to speak. My throat was dry, and it took a moment to find my voice.

“Yes,” I replied.

It was a lie. Of course it was. But it was the only safe answer.

His gaze sharpened for the briefest second. As if he’d caught the lie and decided to let it slide.

“Dress,” he said, standing up. “We’re leaving.”

“Leaving

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   Ryker is a Hybrid Vampire?

Valentina's POVEverything felt like drowning in warm, syrupy silence. Then pain like a ripple against the inside of my skull. I winced. My eyelids were heavy but my head…was heavier. A dull ache throbbed behind my eyes, burning and unrelenting. My throat was dry. My limbs, too light. I felt like I was floating weightless but not free. I blinked. Once. Twice and then light poured in. I turned my head slowly. The movement set off a new pulse of pain, radiating from my neck down to my spine. My body didn’t feel like mine. I tried to sit up, my hand barely lifted off the bed before trembling violently. The ceiling above me was unfamiliar. Pale, high, cold. It was not my room. I blinked again, this time faster and the memory returned like a flood. The bite. The heat. Ryker’s hands on me. His mouth at my neck. The way he drank and didn’t stop. The sound of my own heartbeat weakening and then… nothing. I gasped and reached for my throat. “Easy!” a voice said sharply, and someone gr

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   Vampire half mate

Ryker's POVI stalked forward, slow, my muscles tight, my hands extended into claws. Raccoon stepped between us, his expression hard.“You need to stop. Now,” he said, carefully. “You were draining her, Ryker. You almost—”“Mate,” I said, my voice hoarse and disbelieving.Raccoon blinked. “What?”My knees hit the floor suddenly, I couldn’t stand. Not because of the pain, no, that was gone now. Her blood had already begun to heal the torn flesh, sealed the silver wound like it had never been there. But my mind… it was shattering.“She's my mate,” I slurred, as if saying it made it real. “She’s… mine.”His face twisted with shock. “Holy in the fucking hell?!”My head jerked up slowly. The hunger in me had turned into something else now, raw possession. My hands closed around the bedpost as I rose to my feet immediately like a man possessed.I walked to Raccoon in slow, silent steps, my eyes fixed on Valentina’s body in his arms.“Give her to me,” I said.“No.”“Raccoon—”“You’re still in

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   His Feral Vampire Claim

Ryker's POV“Don't you think I’m disgusting?” I asked suddenly. The question fell out before I could stop it. And I hated myself for asking it. She blinked, stunned. “What?” “You heard me.” “No.” Her voice was quick. Almost too quick. “No, Alpha. That’s not what I—” “But you should,” I interrupted. “You should hate the sight of me, hate what I am. What I’ve done. What I could do to you.” “I do,” she answered, stunning me."I do hate you so much Alpha and if I had a choice, I wouldn't help you." I stared at her, every muscle taut, pulled between instinct and restraint. “Then you’re a fool doing something you do not want,” I said darkly. “Maybe,” she murmured. “But so are you.” That made me freeze. “What did you just say?” “You’re a fool,” she repeated, gentler this time. “For knowing that I would have no other option but to do it.” I looked at her for a long time. The girl who didn’t know the depth of what she’d just walked into. The woman who stared down the monster and

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   She knows now

Ryker's POVRyker’s POV Raccoon's words hadn’t even fully settled when I felt the shift in the air. She was here. Before I could argue, before my mind could even formulate the right curse, the door creaked open softly… and Valentina stepped into the room. Slow and esitant. Her arms were wrapped around herself like a shield. She looked so small, so terribly out of place against the sterile white of the walls and the scent of blood still thick in the air. She was trembling,I could see it even from where I lay and her eyes were wide, clouded with confusion, suspicion… fear. God. No. Not like this. I clenched my jaw, my fists curling around the sheets. My breath grew ragged again, but not from pain this time. It was her scent. Soft, warm and utterly alluring. Every suppressed part of me, the part I buried beneath brutality, beneath the monster I had forged myself to survive, rose like smoke from a fire that had never been fully extinguished. My skin burned, my gums ached, and behind

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   End of running words

Ryker's POV The warehouse smelled of stale diesel and power. My body readied itself , instincts honed through years of blood and betrayal. I held my gun at eye level, a surrogate gaze calibrated for precision and lethal finality. Raccoon stood beside me. His usual silent composure was taut, alert. He whispered just once:They’ve been using it as a transit. No need for elaboration. The moment I turned the corner, trouble confronted us. A row of armed guards mulled near crates, their hands reaching for their weapons as we stepped closer. They didn’t even see the flash as my finger tightened and I smacked steel spit across the first man’s jaw. His head snapped back, his neck arched, the gun flying from his limp fingers tensing the second before he could move. The air thickened with gunpowder and blood. Raccoon moved swiftly beside me, hisgun slung low, discarding bodies with meticulous efficiency. I kept walking, focusing on the silenced destruction ahead. I killed three more before

  • Fated To My Alpha Enemy   secret Basement

Ryker's POV I moved through the packhouse passageway like though time had stretched itself around me. The echo of my boots on the cold floor sounded too loud. Every footstep was purposeful, a march toward penance. Descending the hidden staircase to my secret basement, the air grew heavier. Moist walls pressed inward, strewn with old banners that people believed burned with fire long ago. Now their fabric hung limp, silent witnesses to what came next. At the bottom, I saw Raccoon standing alone. He looked up without surprise, just that unblinking calm that always unnerved me. I approached and caught sight of the iron spike on the table beside him. Silver-coated, cruelly pointed. It gleamed dully in the half-dark, a weapon shaped for violence. I picked it up and laid it in Raccoon’s hand. There was no question in my eyes. Just the command.“You know what to do.” Raccoon’s hand tightened around the spike. He stared at it for a moment, then raised his head to me, voice quiet but stea
