CHAPTER THIRTEEN - ESCAPE?

When I arrived at the hotel, I saw Oliver looking at me from the front desk with a curious face. I took off my glasses and cap in a long sigh before closing the umbrella.

" James had come out after you to look for you. " He soon spoke up. " He asked about you before he left."

" He found me. " I tried to give my best smile and kept walking. " Thank you. " He gave another smile. I'm glad he didn't ask about him.

I climbed the stairs, made my way to my room, and went inside, closing it immediately afterwards. I put the umbrella by the window and dropped my backpack on the floor next to the bed. I put my hat and glasses on top of the nightstand and sighed again as I threw myself on the bed.

"I feel like I've known you for a long time Sarah. I know you can feel it too."

His words came back in my head and I didn't understand what it all meant.
