Chapter 8: Elders' meeting

All of the Elders from several packs located inside and around the city sat in a circle. They were all wearing expressions of displeasure as if they expected a battle to break out at any moment. It was because of Alpha Darwin, the leader of the Moonstone pack, that an emergency meeting of the pack's council was called for. He was given a place in the centre of the group.
