I bolted the door of my office and fell into step beside Ray who had just finished interrogating the last of the rogues. Just like the others, they had spat at his feet and threatened that they would find their way out of the prison and come back for him. I felt a bit bad for him because he had borne the brunt of their anger, but I also wasn't surprised at their crudeness. Rogues were generally impulsive and hot headed, which was why they couldn't conform to the stable rules of their pack and ended up being thrown out of their communities. For all their senseless arguments and tales of being better than the normal packs, they went around causing nuisance and killing innocent people.

I put my hand over his shoulder in support and soon, we arrived at the wide clearing in front of the pack house where the Pack elders were seated
