Theo's POVI leave Lucas in charge of finding Khai to bring him here under the agreement if he doesn't come willingly that he must take him but that means Khai's men, the men I still have in my bunker are still being watched by Andy which isn't a problem in and of itself but it is a problem by the way that my gamma is a gamma for a reason. Abyss' POVShifting for the second time so soon took everything out of Lilith meaning she fell into another deep sleep-like state as her body recuperates whilst I finish the business of finding Khai so Lucas doesn't take him. I can feel him sitting on the edge of the property waiting and watching as he listens to his men talking with Andy who is holding them in the underground bunker that Rex and Theo use for their prisoners. Theo's POVI find it intriguing that Khai never aspires to be an Alpha when that's all he's been brought up to be.If his father is anything like mine or the hundreds of other firstborn son's dads out there he would have trained Khai from a young age to take over the pack.Khai would have loved and breathed his duty's from a young age.As it is his words sound sincere which for some stupid reason blooms hope in my chest that maybe he will stay... for Lilith of course."Tell us about Lilith, how did she come to stay in your pack?" Theo's POVLetting Rex head us back to the house in his form leaves me time to think over the fact that Khai has been seemingly missing for months without so much as a whisper from his pack. I guess that's why Damien hasn't put out word of his missing men either, maybe he thinks Khai took them with him or something.Then there's the fact that he is a grey Wolf which is rare for someone so young, and especially for a wolf that is supposed to take over the reins of Alpha in the near future. Lilith's POV Khai is sitting at the kitchen table when I walk into the kitchen alone after Theo rejected what I was asking for before I had even asked for it. That sting, that's still there, stung like a bitch knowing he didn’t want to touch me in that particular way because of the fear of the unknown future. Theo's POVI sit at the table taking a firm seat next to Lilith meaning Khai is sitting all alone waiting for the three men Andy is currently guiding this way. It explains a lot why Damien wasn't bothered that I took those three men in particular if they are Khai's men.But that just leaves questions on top of questions in regards to the fact that Khai is currently 'missing' and has his own men.What is he up to and why?I walked into the kitchen when Khai was agreeing to teach Lilith how to wield power over the elements which means he's planning on staying, at least for now.I need to do some digging, find out what his ammo is and what his purpose is and most importantly why he never wants to be alpha.Because is it he doesn't want to be alpha or is it he will never be the alpha of his father's pack?I'll admit having had time to think it over it would be easier if he wasn't needed to take over from Damien because he could just integrate into my pack... well that's if he accepted Lil

Theo's POVThree days it takes Lilith to master calling upon the elements... three days of night sweats and nightmares to accompany that too. Her dreams contain memories of dark days, pain and degradation.She does not have a clue what she is remembering but it seems that as her power grows so does mine because I only have to look at her to see the memory I desire.So at night whilst she is sleeping I practise myself.Last night I lay here with her in my arms as she sleeps fitfully. Lilith's POV "Do you know any witches?" I ask Theo as we shower together after getting back from the training field. The warm water is cascading down my skin burning me in its wake. I reach for the faucet turning the water down a tad, I think I've done it three or four times now but it doesn't seem to be getting any cooler as it should. "I know some, why Lil?"
