I will pay back and more worst my little sister.

That's the text that I received from Grayson not long after I left the house. I giggle when I read it because I know he just said that he's going to make it more worst but at the same time he won't because he loves me. I know that.

I put my phone away and walk into the coffee shop a few blocks from the company. I love the coffee here because it tastes just like Starbucks well not exactly the same but it nearly the same. I always wonder how they make the coffee taste different. I order my favorite drink which is hot white coffee. I just love the smell of the coffee and the taste of it. Then I walk back to my car and drive straight to my office.

As soon as I arrived at the office my phone and looks like I got another text from one of the boys and this time it's from Niall. I open it and want to laugh out loud.

My fiancé just laugh at me and said that I am a little psycho!

I didn't reply to his text because he might be furious at me more. So the best thing is just keeping my mouth shut for the rest of the day when I meet them.

Oh yeah. Speaking of my brother, I totally forgot that I need to tell Jack about all this. He will laugh at it too. I take my phone and call him. "I thought you didn't want to keep me update about what happened this morning." He said as soon as he picks up the call.

"Hehe, I'm so sorry I almost forgot. Well, let me tell you that our plan is... Completely successful!" I said.

"Hah! I knew it and this is because I'm in this too. That's why." Oh please, he's already full of himself.

"Erk If you didn't in this, I think it will be successful too."

"Oh so, you didn't want my help then next time."

"What no-no. I didn't say that duh."

"I know I know. Well, I will stop by at home to see three of them. Right now I have to go because I have a meeting right now. Bye Gia." I said bye too and hang up the call. I walk into the building and go straight to my room. I have lots of money to count today.

After a moment my office's door opens and it's my dad. "Hey, dad. Do you need anything from me?" I ask him.

"I need you in my office now." He said and walk away leaving me confused. Hmm, why he sounds so serious? I shrug my shoulders and take my phone before leaving my office and go to him.

I open the door to see him already waiting for me on the couch and I make my way to the couch after closing the door. I take my seat across him and look at him. "What's wrong? Did I do anything wrong?" I ask.

"No honey. Don't worry." He said and I take a breath of relief.

"Then why you need me here if I didn't do anything wrong and your face was deadly serious earlier."

"I have something quite important to discuss with you and I want you to accept it." I raised my eyebrows at him. "I know you love being an accountant here but I think it's time for you to change the position to the next one."

"Wait a minute, dad. What you mean I need to change my position?"

"I want you to handle one of our hotels." I froze after he said that.

"Are you kidding me, dad?" I ask and he looks serious. I sigh. "But why?"

"I want you to be more independent and discipline. So I think giving you one of the hotels for you to handle will make you more mature too. I know this is a big surprise for you. You can start your new position as Chief Executive Officer next week while me, I will handle our new branch at Hamptons. Is that clear Ms. Florence?" I really don't want that position. Like never.

"I don't know dad. I don't think I can do it and what if this hotel will be a disaster when I'm the one who handles it? Do you trust me that I can do a good job?"

"I am very sure you can because you are my daughter. You can ask your brothers to help you out." I don't know what to say and just keep my mouth shut. I know this is going to be so hard. Handle one of the big hotels in New York is not an easy job. I have to put all my attention and energy to make sure it stays on top.

"Alright, dad. I will get going then. See ya.." I walk out of his office which going to be mine next week. I really don't understand why I need to be like my brothers. I sigh.

After work, I decided to meet with Hayes because it's been a while since I last met him. Every time I called him or text him, he didn't even read it. If he read it he never replies to my text which is weird. I don't remember what I did wrong until he acts like this. "So why do you want to meet me?" He asks me as soon as he arrives and takes a seat in front of me.

"It's not wrong to meet my own boyfriend right?"

"Yeah but I am busy. So can you just straight to the point what do you want exactly so that I can go back to my office and continue my work."

"Hayes, it's already 6 pm. Your work can wait. Besides, you never act like this when I asked to meet you. Is there anything that you want to tell me?" I ask him because it looks like he been keeping something from me. I know where this situation will bring me. Please don't...

I am praying so hard right now to make sure the thing he's going to tell me is not the thing that I've been avoiding for this whole five-month.

"Well?" I look at him.

"Okay let's make this thing easy and quick. I need to get married." I was shocked by his words when he said that he needs to get married.

"Okay..."

"But the problem is not with you." What? I feel like a cold water splash to my face. "My parents already got me my future wife and I have to accept it. I want my parents to be happy so yeah you understand what I meant right?"

"Umm, so you want us to ..." I stop and hoping he would say the opposite thing but no.

"Break up and my engagement party is tomorrow night. If you want to come you can, as my friend." I scoff. Seriously!? He just invited me to his engagement party and expect me to be happy to see him with another woman. Wow, how amazing that would be.

"I don't think I will go but after all thank you for inviting me and also for these five months. I am happy with you really. I thought you going to be my last boyfriend but I am wrong. So this is goodbye then. I'll see you soon or never or whatever.." I smile bitterly at him and stand up before he could say anything to me.

I walk without any direction and I can feel my eyes start to water up. I cannot hide this feeling anymore, I walk non stop until I'm in front of one lake. I guess my legs brought me to the park then. I take a deep breath and start to cry again. I don't like myself for being so weak but I can't help it. This is my last hope and I thought this relationship will last longer and maybe we can move to the next level but I am wrong. He broke up with me and invited me to his engagement party tomorrow, what a jerk! My heart hurts so bad right now. This is my fifth break up. I don't know what worse than this. I cry my heart out.

Just then, my phone ringing. I wipe m tears and answer the call. "Hello, mom." It's my mom and that makes me want to cry more. 

"Gia, honey, where are you? It's almost eleven. Your dad is home the same goes for your brother. Please come home immediately because I am worried about you. I'll wait for you alright?"

"No, mom doesn't wait for me. I will sleep at Jack's tonight. I love you so much, mom. Goodnight." I said and hung up the call. I sigh and look at the sky before decided to walk back to my car. I drive to Jack's house because of he the only one who really understands me right now. I know I should tell all this to my mom but I don't think she will be happy about this. I don't want her to be sad because my relationship didn't work out. She wants the best for me and I try but I failed.

After a long drive, I finally arrive at Jack's. I press the doorbell and hear the footsteps coming to the door. The door open and show my sister in law. "Gia? What are you doing here?" She asks.

"Can I sleep here tonight? I need to talk to Jack about something." I said and she let me in. "I'm sorry to bother you guys but I need someone to talk to and Jack is the only one who can understand me right now."

"It's fine, Gia, I understand. Jack is in his office." She said and I hug her before walks upstairs. I knock the door before opening it. 

"Hi, Jack." I awkwardly wave at him.

"Gia? What are you doing here?" I walk inside and sit at one of the couches. 

"It's about... Hayes."

"Don't tell me that scumbag hurts you," Jack said and sit beside me.

"He... he broke up with me." I burst into tears. "I don't know what I did wrong to him until he makes me like this," I said.

"He broke up with you for no reason?"

"He engages. I mean, he will be engaged tomorrow."

"What the heck? Did he cheat on you? This guy really needs to be punch. Don't worry, I will let the twins and Niall. We will handle this." 

"No, no please don't make a scene. I don't want this situation to get worse."

"Fine, but don't let a guy be in your heart to easy. Or else, you will end up like this again. You need to be strong. I think you should take a break. Go vacation to let your stress go. For a week or a month. How many days do you want? Just go and I'll tell dad."

"Thank you, Jack. You are the best." I said and hugs him.
