Defending her mother

Trisha walked in the class, and the first thing she heard was the annoying voice of Olivia. 

 Olivia was always jealous of the fact that Trisha was more intelligent than her. Kids and their jealousy! 

"The sassy queen is here" Olivia rolled her eyes. She was also five years old. "Saw your mum yesterday, she came to pick you up. Has she finally started treating you like her biological daughter, everyone thought you were adopted" She mocked, and most of the children in the class started laughing. 

 Trisha was used to everything, she was used to their humiliation. But still, the love for her mum remains the same, she wouldn't hate her mum because of what they were saying. 

 Trisha ignored Olivia, she walked to her seat and sat down, bringing out some books from her back.
