NM?

I don’t need telling what that means for I have seen it sprinkled all around this case and I have had enough!

“NM?” Marcus asked, “that will mean North mountains.”

“Isn’t it obvious?” I growled disdainfully with my hands balled into a fist as my Lycan struggles to take over and run all the way angrily to the north mountains to give them the lesson of their lives.

“This is way deeper than we know” Andre said thoughtfully as he removes his glasses from its case and places it on his eyes.

“I don’t care how deep it is anymore” I thundered as I stood up panting and then I moved to stand beside the window overlooking the gardens and strangely, my thoughts rested on only one scent and that calmed my Lycan down in seconds….

And for a minute, I forgot all about my anger and found my self thinking about her…where she might be….what she is doing….

“Alfred?” Marcus called out as he approached me by the window, “what do you think we should do?”

    ALFRED POV The journey through the forest was swift as we didn’t stop in our sprint towards the north mountains… not at a sound of a twig nor the sudden weather change or for water break. In what seemed like a few hours, we arrived at the northern mountains. We didn’t stop when the guards at the entrance gate flagged us down—we just flew through. In seconds, we were surrounded by guards with spears and swords, all aimed with firm grip at our throats. “Halt!” The beefy head guard roared and leapt from his post—then midair, his body twisted, bones cracking.
